I have been writing various places through my bridal experience. I feel so sad giving this place 3 stars. The inside is BEAUTIFUL and the ladies, that work there are so kind. I came here, looking for a veil only. Originally, they were not even going to let me try on my dress with the veil because I did not purchase my dress there. We tried to be understanding, but there was literally nobody else in the store that could've possibly seen my dress. We even asked if we could just try it on in the fitting room so that no other customers would be able to see it if they came in. The girl working went and asked the owner and she made an exception, Which we were very grateful for. But then my veil was ordered wrong:( I was very in love with one veil, but the length of another. They told me since it was the same designer they could basically combine the two. We double triple quadruple checked and they reassured us. It was possible. I even checked over text message, They reassured me again. It would be correct. My veil showed up indeed, NOT correct. They didn't really take responsibility. They blamed the website for the error. I kind of expected since it was a designer for them to call or message the designer directly, to be entirely positive since I was told it had never been done before. The only options to fix it that were given to me, were basically to receive a refund, take the incorrect veil home or purchase a new one. No discount was offered. No compensation. Mind you, I waited 4 weeks for my veil which I know is awesome turn around time. BUT I did let them know that my wedding was very soon, and they assured me the correct veil would arrive in time. Now I am practically out of time, with no veil. Again, the store is very pretty from what I saw, they have beautiful dress dresses. But I am a little annoyed at their lack of accountability and problem-solving. read more

I can't express how amazing the bridal studio has been. Not only have they made the experience of shopping for a wedding dress personalized to each bride but also fun. I was bit worried about wedding dress shopping but they understood my vision and price range and went above and beyond to help me obtain the dress of my dreams. Nate and team were quick to respond and help me with all parts of the process. Even when I had to move my wedding date they helped expedite the dress to arrive early and even helped me find seamstresses that could help me in a short time. The owner was assisting us and immediately asked the price point my daughter wanted to be at. She gave an approximate range to which the owner brought out a few dresses to try on. The vibe in this shop was completely unwelcoming and so different from others we have looked at! Definitely rude and condescending - and for future reference? I am not ever going to start out giving you the top end of my budget. What would have been fantastic is if you would have even OFFERED or ASKED if we wanted to go past that starting point. Thankful, actually, to have spent just under 30 minutes in this bridal shop and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I'm giving bridal studio three stars because the moment I walked in I felt complete judgment. The staff wasn't very discreet about hiding their judgements. They literally looked my sister and I up and down from Head to toe. It was very obvious that they would check out my hand for my ring. It just made us feel uncomfortable. I even asked my sister how she was feeling and she felt the same way. It's just disappointing that literally every review is a great one except for mine. I will give them credit. We already had a experience at David's bridal to get a idea of dresses she liked. My friend is very thorough, makes lists and wants to see ALL her options before she can make a decision... Booked a last minute appointment at this hidden gem on 9th & 9th! I was supposed to travel home to San Diego to dress shop with my mom, sister, grandma and bridesmaids but because of the current state of California was unable to travel. I called Brigette with little hope and she informed me they had one spot open for the 3 of us and we would have the entire studio to ourselves. I had been to one other bridal shop a few hours before The Bridal Studio and left feeling extremely discouraged and worried I would be unable to find my dream dress in Utah. From the moment we stepped into this adorable boutique all those negative feelings were washed away. Not only did we have the entire studio to ourselves we had the owner, Brigette, and her two amazing consultants, Raleigh and Victoria giving me their undivided attention. Because I did not think I would be able dress shop at all I was completely unprepared and had no idea what kind of dress I wanted. Raleigh & Victoria pulled some beautiful gowns and Raleigh made me feel so comfortable and confident trying on all the different styles throughout our time. By my 3rd(ish?) dress I was confident I found "The One" but was missing one crucial detail. Brigette made calls to make sure we could customize the dress to exactly what I wanted and remain in my budget!!! Once she confirmed this changed I was sold and completely over the moon!!! The sign and bottle of champagne after I said "YES!!" were a very cute touch and perfect ending to an unexpected day. I can't wait to come back and see the customization to my dress and walk down the aisle next year :) PS: this studio is unlike most of the bridal shops in Utah that I saw online. I went to 4 dress shops and this one is by far the best. Most importantly because of the selection of dresses, but also because of every detail. The owner, Bridget helped me and was so kind, flexible, and supportive. She really listened to what I wanted instead of pressuring me in any direction (as I've experienced at other shops). I could tell she just wanted me to find something I loved more than she was concerned about a sale. Bridget (owner) and her team are so great to work with! I've been here twice now, once for my myself and again today for my friend who is also getting married. As soon as I walked in I was blown away with how beautiful and bright the interior is. You can tell that a lot of thought and effort was put into the design of this place from the pastel color palette down to the gold/diamond pens sitting at the front desk. It definitely feels like a high end luxurious environment to be in. I love that they offer complementary champagne to their guests. It really adds to the experience and makes everyone in the party feel pampered! The gowns that they have in store are all so gorgeous in their own ways. They have been doing a ton of trunk shows where they bring in certain designers gowns in for brides to try on and then they consider having those gown in store. And the shop is very much a safe, inclusive environment. The appointments were very personal and private - Bridget sat down with me to go over what I was looking for, what styles I had in mind, etc. I was totally unprepared for the kind of attentiveness Bridal Studio and Brigette were giving to my search for a dress. Could not have had a better experience at the Bridal Studio! Although I didn't end up buying my wedding dress from here, Bridget is amazing and I had a wonderful dress shopping appointment! I ended up purchasing a veil on a later date and it was the perfect addition to my dress. I ended up running into a snafu with my dress being altered a week before the wedding and was looking for seamstress suggestions. Shopping for a wedding dress during covid 19 has been complicated to say the least. However, at The Bridal Studio they did an amazing job at making you feel comfortable. My guests were people in my family who I have been exposed to and you try on your dress in a little studio where you don't come in to contact with the other guests there. Bridget was lovely, helpful and not over the top, she wore a mask during our session as well. She wasn't pushy but also knew how to ask the right questions to help me identify what it was I was looking for. Finding THE dress was almost too easy and it ended up being $2 under budget.
