They are all very nice and wonderful people they are great to work with as well! The store has better dresses than any other stores out there! That I've been to!! For all of the negative comments I think you are all wrong! If you were in their shoes and you were a full time owner And you got all these negative comments how would you feel? Maybe comment on what they can achieve more on versus the negative hate that you're projecting onto this boutique to other people! Isn't there a more settling way to comment? Buckle up, because I'm frustrated and this was an unfortunate experience in several aspects. Truly atrocious customer service/communication here. As a pandemic bride who used their at-home try-on service, I never actually set foot in this shop, which made the entire process of dress shopping much more complicated (in a pandemic, during the November/December/January holidays)--but the total breakdown of communication that occurred once I decided NOT to go with the dress I really liked from this shop is what earned the two-star review, along with sizing problems. The positive: I exchanged emails with the shop in mid-November to get dresses sent to me for try-on during a weekend in early December when my grandmother could visit my mom's house. Though several dresses I chose were not available for the at-home try-on service, I still found four I really liked, most notably the Birdie gown (the one I almost went with for my wedding--it's sooo pretty!). The dresses all arrived the Friday before the weekend I needed them, which was perfect. That's where the positives stopped. The negative: Even though I'd given my measurements to the shop, all four dresses were horribly sized. I couldn't actually zip any of them up, and none had a tag with a size on it, but they were each about two sizes too small. I'm not sure if this is a shortcoming of the shop or just me being a curvier bride (and therefore just harder to dress for most of these shops, unfortunately) but it made for a miserable try-on experience. I felt embarrassed and undecided on what gown came anywhere close to being "the one" when I couldn't get a good feel for any of them due to the sizing issue. I sent the dresses back that Monday, as requested by the shop, and this is where the email communication started bothering me. I never got a confirmation email that they received the gowns (I had to initiate that) but once they did confirm it, I explained that the sizing was off and though I liked the Birdie gown very much, I was going to try on some dresses in person at a local David's Bridal with my mom. It was there that I found my dream dress, and I let the folks at OffWhite know right away (this was December 22nd, for reference). In that email, I asked them to initiate the refund of $1200, which is what I paid for the at-home try-on; they have a rebate where, if you don't go with one of their dresses, you get the whole thing refunded minus $50 for shipping costs. So, on 12/22, I let them know I'd gone in a different direction. I didn't hear anything from them for a few weeks, which I chalked up to the holidays. On January 5th, I emailed again asking if the refund was processing. Nothing for a few days. I sent a third email but called their shop a day after that and actually spoke to someone, though she sounded flustered and confused. She said she'd leave a note for her manager to take care of the refund that following day, so I felt assured. A week went by with no further communication and no refund. I had to send another email, bordering on hostile for how concerned I was, and I also left a message at their shop. FINALLY, on January 14th, I received an email letting me know that they were processing the $1150 refund. Over three weeks after I had originally notified them of my decision not to purchase a dress. I don't know who manages the email/phone communication here, but if you're a bride looking to do the at-home try-on, I'd make sure that: 1) you're thin enough to fit into their dresses, 2) you have the patience and zen to allow for over a thousand dollars of your money to just float around without assurance for weeks, and 3) you absolutely have no other options for wedding dress shopping, since even my masked-up David's Bridal experience was soooo much more helpful than this. I can overlook the December 22nd to New Year's Day gap in email communication because of the holidays, but the two weeks of January with such poor support/response freaked me out. I recognize that the at-home try-on is a gamble with obvious limitations, but between the complete wrong sizing and the stress involved with trying to get our money back, I would NOT recommend using this service from this shop. Judging by the other reviews, which I wish I had read first, they're just as frustrating and inattentive in person. (The two stars are for the initial consistent email communication and the Birdie dress alone. Everything else was disappointing.) read more

Tl;dr - great selection, dress came DAYS before my wedding, wasn't what was promised, awful communication. The one lesson I have learned from this is to always read the Yelp reviews. We went to Offwhite bc they had an available appt time at short notice when some friends of mine came into town. They had a beautiful selection and the associate that helped me (young, short brown hair) was awesome. Followed my lead and feedback, showed me how we could make dresses work, explained the process to me, was accommodating of family on FT. Just great. Loved her and found a few dresses I really loved. Came back a couple weeks later with my parents and sister and was helped with a very different associate (older, blonde). She was rude and disrespectful, and made a lot of unkind comments about members of the Church (of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints), mostly about modesty, knowing that I am a member looking to buy and alter one of their dresses to be modest. She also opened the curtain on me while I was undressed bc she never gave me the next dress to try on. Despite her rude comments and super pushy attitude (her opinion is more important than mine I guess???), we bought one of the dresses bc I fell in love and the other associate had assured us that they could change the neckline easily in production. The older lady drew up something that resembled what we described for the neckline and we trusted her and ordered the dress. This was in November. Both associates told us the dress would be here before April (wedding on the 28th). There was almost no communication so I kept calling and asking, they always said the same thing up until the last week of March. April 7th I texted and asked for an update.... "It will be finished this weekend and shipped next week" "shipping time?" "5-7 days" so now we are looking at April 14th or 15th at the earliest??? No more contact until my mom shows up at the shop last week. "We're expecting it next week, Monday or Tuesday, unless it gets stuck in customs but I have a good feeling it will come Monday". Today is Wednesday, I texted yesterday and got no response. I'm getting married in a week and have no dress or idea of what my dress even looks like. Maybe it is pretty, maybe not. Maybe it fits, maybe not. I guess we'll find out? Maybe Okay I wrote this before I got the dress. It's been months now and I'm still upset so I decided this is worthy to post. The dress came a few days before my wedding and I was commuting back and forth from Provo all week (finals week mind you) for fittings. The neckline was not what I'd ordered (probably because the lady measuring me for the modest neckline had no respect for my religion or desire to have a modest neckline), the sleeves were ridiculously too tight, the pearl buttons were less than on the original and on the wrong side of the sleeves, and the whole upper half of the dress was the WRONG FABRIC. They admitted to the other mistakes but never to that. "We don't have any dresses in duchess satin, the original dress was in crepe like this one" why won't you show me the original then? Is it really out for a show "I think" for a whole 5 days? Why is this dress ivory and not bright white? We had a whole conversation about the color and fabric when I tried it in and that was a HUGE part of my decision to buy it. I'd never even heard of duchess satin till I tried it on, and both my mom and I could feel and see the difference. Additionally, when they did all of the work to make the sleeves go over my shoulders, the whole dress slid up a few inches for a much less flattering fit on my waist. They kept trying to convince me to take a brawler or something "for my trouble" but I didn't bite. When negotiating the owner tried to manipulate us into giving in by crying and talking about her home life, admitted the low price SHE paid for the dress, thinking maybe she was charging us less? And tried to make is seem like a discount that they weren't charging us for the alterations cause, you know, I "gained weight" (but exclusively in my arms). I had actually lost weight since my fitting the day after Thanksgiving. Anyways, we got a 20% discount after long negotiations that included my dad agreeing to take 10% off if they would show us the original dress and prove it was the same fabric, 30% if they turned out to be wrong. She didn't like that idea. The dress is still beautiful, just not what I ordered, and a pain in the butt to adjust all day for my neckline. This place is a nightmare to work with. My fiancé ordered her dress in November and was told it would be arriving late January to early February. Upon purchasing the dress, we let them know the wedding date as well as the date of our bridals (both of which were well after the estimated delivery). Every month we called to check in on the dress and never got any updates other than "it isn't here yet". Each time we called, we would tell them the dates of our bridals in April and they reassured us that the dress would be here in February. We live out of town so it was super important for us to plan around when the dress would arrive so she could try it on and notify family members to get work off for the fitting. A month before we are supposed to be in town for the fitting, we call and find out that the estimated delivery is late April. They had only marked down the date of our wedding, despite multiple reminders and check ins. They also never once updated us or let us know that they hadn't requested it to be shipped yet. However, they tell us that it'll be in shop by the time we arrive. We set an appointment for the fitting, her family members take work off so they can be there, and the shop TEXTS us the day before to let us know that it isn't there yet and asks to push the date back. No heads up, even though we called to confirm the week before that it would be there. We also have to typically call 3-4 times to get any response. Overall, HORRIBLE customer service and we have yet to hear an apology. You can expect better customer service and communication from a minimum wage high school student working at a fast food place, no exaggeration there. When she first bought the dress, she was jumping with excitement and couldn't wait to tell me. At this point, I've seen her stress and cry about this multiples times and it's ruined the experience she's dreamed about her whole life. read more

My friend was looking for a wedding dress and this was our first stop. The old lay that helped us had a HORRIBLE attitude. Almost all the dresses my friend tried on were broken so we had to hold them shut while she looked in the mirror. We found a dress that she loved but the zipper was broken so she couldn't get the full affect. She went to another shop and found the same dress and bought it there. They have really great prom dresses but doubt they will be around for long. read more

I have mixed feelings about my experiences here. They are one of few shops around which carry prom dresses. They don't require reservations, usually have enough employees to help, and have a HUGE selection. BUT, they didn't honor our budget limits and even though they said they wouldn't sell the same dress that my daughter bought to another girl at her school for prom, they did! I was upset. They tried to soothe me by saying that my daughter's dress was coral and the other dress was red so they looked very different (no!). Then they offered free earrings or 10% off our next purchase. I called via phone and spoke with Chelsea about trying on a bridesmaid dress to size ( I told her I needed to try on a 4 vs 6). She said yes we have those. I then proceeded to ask if I needed an appointment, and she said no. When I arrived, they informed me that they don't have any of those sizes. The woman at the desk (name unknown) told me I was definitely a 4, even though I was wearing an oversized, flowy tank. I then politely asked her to remeasure me since I measured myself and since she was so confident in my size. She informed that would be 5 dollars - for two mins of their time. WE SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE REVIEWS We showed up 10 minutes early and no body was there. An older woman showed up and seemed flustered. We were waiting outside and it was about 90 degrees in July so we had our masks pulled down as we were outside and it was just 3 of us, all who are family members and we were still standing far apart from each other. She insisted my mother put her mask on before she walked passed my mother who was still 10 feet away from her, and told us to remain outside in the heat while she cleaned, rather than inviting us in because of how hot it was. My sister was wearing a disposable mask that is hard to tell which side is supposed to face outwards (as if it even makes a difference) and the older woman told her the mask was inside out and she sternly insisted that she change it. Very unprofessional.The associate helping us, was pushing dresses with her feet/shoes and was just dropping the dresses on the ground rather than taking a second to hand it up? I have worked In retail for over 5 years. Never would I drop an item on the ground instead of hanging even if it was a $20 shirt? And these were $5k dresses. I made a comment about one of the "white dresses" because I was comparing it to a tan dress and the associate rudely responded with a snarky comment saying " there's actually not a single white dress here, hence the name" HAHA WHAT! The dress was white to me? The associate helping us also brought us dresses that were $2k out of our price range and I work in commission based retail so I understand, but it was really pushing it because we were specific with how much we wanted to spend. We were beyond ourselves at how obtuse the older employee was and how careless and unenthusiastic the associate was, what a poor way to waste such an exciting day wedding dress shopping. We still gave it a shot and tried on a few dresses knowing that even we found one we like it would be purchased from another retailer because we would not give our business to this store after such a bad experience. For starter I've been to several bridal store and this was the store I've had the BEST customer service. I went back 4 different times before saying yes to the dress. The staff was always extremely nice and helpful as well. They were always so sweet every time I went back in to try out the same dress. Julie was the one that helped me and she's a doll. You know how you have these little expectations of how your wedding dress shopping is going to go? This store absolutely shattered it. My little brother could have done a better job at helping me find a dress. This place has a huge selection of dresses, which is the only reason I gave them an extra star. Otherwise, I was very disappointed with how my appointment went. The lady had me grab some dresses off the rack, and then came in and out of my room to help me zip them up. No other feedback really. There were no other people in the store, except three different employees, but they all decided to congregate at the front desk and chat while my friend and I were trying to figure out details about the dresses. The lighting is very dim in the store, and the dresses (both prom and wedding) are shoved up around the store. Basically? Don't go here. My first wedding dress experience was ruined and I hope some other store will be able to restore my hopes for finding my dream dress. We loved Ashley! She was helpful and happy and excited for my daughter's upcoming special day. The first store, the first dress pulled, and the first dress on....it was the one! And Ashley pulled the perfect veil, which happened to be 70% off! They also told us they would clean it (we had to buy it off the rack because it was the ONLY one left) and then ship it to my daughter out of state so we could save on the taxes. Went here to shop with my sister for her wedding dress. I was truly impressed with the selection. The lady who helped us, Brittany, made sure my sister was comfortable. She had an idea of what she wanted and Brittany delivered! Granted, it was the first place we stopped to look and sure enough, the first dress she tried was the one! She also tried many others. Had a great experience there and will probably recommend to my friends in the valley for their own weddings. Let me just start off by saying if this review was based on an employee named Jesse I would give her 5 stars. She was the ONLY employee to give me answers, call me back, and actually be honest with me. She was AMAZING!! I ordered my dress back in September of 2017. I was told my dress would ship in December, and be here by January 2nd. By the middle of January I didn't hear anything from them, so I called and got told I would be called back... which never happened. This happened many times, I would NEVER hear back. I decided since I live close by I would just show up since I haven't heard anything, and it's now February. I got told by an older employee (I don't remember her name) that my dress was delayed from the designer and she would call me in a couple days to let me know when my dress would arrive. I waited a couple weeks and never heard back, I was so stressed at this point because I have alterations to do and it's getting closer to my wedding. I finally called last week and talked with Jesse, she told me that my dress was shipped to their facility BACK IN DECEMBER AND WAS SENT BACK TO THE DESIGNER and has been sitting in the warehouse. She was so nice and knew I was stressed and told me she would call the designer right now and call me back. I heard back from her within minutes, and she assured me that my dress was on its way. I finally got a call today from Jesse again saying my dress is there and ready to pick up. I am crying at this point because it has been so stressful. I had an appointment made and no one greeted me when I first walked in. Had to wait few min for someone to finally acknowledge me. Tried on several dresses but no one helps you to get in the dress so you should make sure to have someone with you to help you in the dressing room. They told me they'd help me clip and zip when I'm done getting in humongous dresses by myself but the lady was so busy she left me in a huge dress feeling naked waiting for her for a long time. Unfortunately I have had NOTHING but an awful experience with this shop. I ordered my bridesmaid gown about 8 weeks ago -- shipping is 6 weeks. About 4 weeks into the process I get a call from them stating my dress came but it was the wrong color -- a lot of back and forth with them -- and they decided it was the manufacture error and they sent the wrong persons dress. Not one apology.. Now today -- 8 weeks and 4 days since I have ordered and my dress is still not there. I called yesterday and spoke to a Julie, she stated she would call the manufacturer and let me know. Nothing. I called again today and she didn't like that I called, stating "I will call you when you dress comes" I asked if she called them, she said "Nope I sent an e-mail and waiting for a response" I asked her to please call as the wedding is coming up and based on the other 8 girls that have ordered and ALL have received terribly wrong sizing, I know I need to get mine altered. She said "I will call you when your dress arrives". The dresses are beautiful, but be ready to deal with awful customer service and poor communication skills. read more

Where do I begin? I'll start with the sales staff. I've been there twice, once on a busy Saturday and once on a very slow Monday, 4 months apart were my visits. I have to say I was not impressed with any of the sales staff either times. Simple things such as dress code needs to be improved. The staff wears jeans and worn out/tired t-shirts and canvas shoes. They are supposed to be selling beautiful dresses for proms and weddings and look like they could work in an ice cream shop. They need to up their dress code for the employees as it sets the tone for disappointment instead of selling you your dream day. Simple things like that are easy to fix. I've never walked into a bridal store before with employees in such a dressed down manner. It is shocking. David's Bridal employees wear all black and blazers and look way more the part this place ever will. Both times I was there, the older woman with brown hair had no clue what she was doing and had to rely heavily on the younger girls working with her. I feel bad for them having to carry her all the time. She can't use the computer system, find dresses in the back (took her 20 minutes to find a pre-ordered dress, going up to the front with the wrong dress, fumbling on computer system, asking my name again and color of dress until thankfully another sales person helped her). While I waited for 20 minutes or more for her to find the dress I stood at the front and observed the disaster before me. Here goes...A group of women walked in looking for a wedding dress under $500. The sales person was spacing out dresses on a rack and kept yelling over to the MOB and Bride about the dresses and which ones were off the rack, all while spacing the dress. She didn't stop what she was doing and go over to the group and explain things, ask about the wedding and do anything official or remotely helpful. I was appalled. It was like observing someone shopping at a yard sale. Observation #2. I had time to observe more as this is after the older woman came over with the wrong dress and went to closet of the black abyss to find mine...srsly, how big is that area and how messed up is that dress filing system? So second thing. A girl was trying on bridesmaid dresses and she was in the fitting area. She couldn't zip up the dresses and was desperately looking around for a sales person to lace/zip up dresses and assist her like a bridal shop should do. No one was around. One sales person was just doing something non-urgent on the computer, the other one was spacing those dresses and the other was lost in the black hole of looking for my dress. The girl was so frustrated and they lost a sale in just ignoring her. I wanted to point out that she needed help as it was so obvious (face palm). So my bridesmaid dress comes back from the black hole abyss of that closet and before I try it on I notice the small strap that holds the ribbon in place around the middle is torn. So they have to sew the brand new dress before I try it on, right at the front desk. All the while they are fumbling and drop the shall on the ground and don't even notice. I pointed out they dropped it as I was afraid someone was going to step on it (As there were 2 people behind that desk doing much of nothing) and was met with a snappy response of 'its just the shall!'. I guess I shouldn't have been upset you were dropping things on the ground and not noticing it. Um, what? I was so upset I had to give that shop any of my money and would have walked out if I could. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I think David's Bridal gives more customer support and overall bridal experience than this place ever could. DISASTER......The owner needs to revamp this shop/staff and do some serious training and overhaul. Such a low-class place. Ugh. read more

I went to 3 other stores in the valley before finding my dream dress at Off White and must say on top of a fabulous selection of dresses (lots of sparkly options that other stores don't have!) the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision and the consultant offered valuable feedback and options for dresses to try on. All their dresses are out of the garment bags so it made sifting through the samples much nicer! read more

They have dresses that are 50% off which is a lie, they just don't include a sash into a dress price and charge extra for a new sash. When I called the store to talk to them about it, the manager didn't really care and told me to being the dress back by next day knowing I am working and can't do that. I got my bridal gown from Off White - Bridal Expressions. The gal there, Tracey, was very helpful in finding the perfect dress, explaining alterations, communicating with me on order and shipping times, and even rushed my dress to get cleaned and pressed before the big day since it had gotten very dirty during a formal photo shoot. My only hiccup was that I originally wanted to add straps to the dress I bought there, and in the shop it sounded like that would be an easy thing to do. They would order extra lace and I'd work with a seamstress to make the straps. In the end it wasn't that easy to add straps and I went without them, but I think that was more my ignorance of fashion and dress construction then an error on the part of the bridal shop. Overall, it was a good experience shopping there and I would recommend them. - Note: this was not my first bridal shop experience. I am a bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding for a friend. Bridal Expressions was my friend's third stop after two less than par wedding/bridesmaid dress shopping experiences. Though I love her to death, my friend is pretty picky and can be very indecisive at times, but from the moment we walked in the door, we had a wonderful experience here. Chelsea was the associate who helped us and she was fantastic. My friend and Chelsea immediately clicked and within an hour we found the perfect wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses. I am getting married in April (very soon) and so I decided to shop for wedding dresses during a brief weekend I just spent in Utah. The first store I walked into was Bridal Expressions and it was the decision I ever made! I gave them two words to describe what I wanted and they picked my "yes" dress out immediately. I fell in love once I tried it on...it was what I wanted, what looked best on me and what I could afford! I kept shopping just in case and they had the best service of any of the places I visited! They wet so kind and helpful despite some trauma they were experiencing that day. I have to write this review to help give an honest experience and in hopes it saves another girl from the stress and disappointment I went through. In the search for a dress, I had visited multiple shops not only here in Utah but also nyc. When I couldn't find a dress like I wanted I was approached by the owner herself (then a client of mine) and was told she could make me a custom wedding dress... the way I wanted it and something that no one else would have. Of course I jumped at the chance considering I couldn't find what I wanted and the cost of the custom dress was cheaper then purchasing a dress and having it altered. I followed all the proper things I needed to, to make sure the dress would be here on time, even made sure we were within enough time to make and alter the dress and from the owner herself she guaranteed me we would have plenty of time. In the process of making the dress I had to reach out to Chelsea and ask for samples of lace, of colors on multiple occasions sometimes with no response. There was no communication or updates of when the dress would be here or how things were going. Anytime we talked or I was updated on the dress was because I reached out to her. Covid happened and we decided to postpone the wedding. By the date I told Chelsea we were postponing the wedding the dress should have already arrived and it still wasn't here. The dress still wasn't finished for another 4.5 months. Once I finally saw the dress it still wasn't even complete, which I expected it to be. After trying it on I was told the dress would be ready within 4 to 6 weeks... that time frame came and went. When I reached out to her at the date she told me it still wasn't ready, and when I asked how much longer it would be to see where the dress was she didn't even remember some of the alterations we had made and then told me the dress would be here in another 4 weeks. Once that 4 weeks had gone by I reached out again to be told that the dress still wasn't here. At this point it had been almost 1 year since I had placed the order for my dress... still not done and still with no exact date, just a guesstimate, to when it would be here. I did ask for a full refund considering the circumstances and yes it was given to me which I greatly appreciate but it doesn't take away from the stress of wondering what was going on for a YEAR and to deal with the disappointment of not getting what you dreamed of. If you take the chance and go into this shop, I would not trust them to order and to receive your dress in time, I would never recommend someone getting a custom dress made her under any circumstance. Even in all my dealings not one apology was given. The only way I would recommend anyone to this shop is if you were able to buy a dress off the rack and leave with it that day. I am disappointed to leave this review because this shop has beautiful and amazing dresses but unfortunately the follow through, reliability and responsibility of this shop just isn't there and it shouldn't be the brides fault to be stressed or disappointed cause they don't have their procedures of any dress type in order. read more

I found my dream dress at another store in SLC but was told it was impossible to get the dress in time for my wedding and they tried selling the size 6 dress (I'm a 0), refused to have the dress dry cleaned, and knew that there was NO WAY the dress would look right after that much of an alteration. However, my awesome Matron of Honor found Off White and their ability to expedite shipping for the dress I wanted. I immediately went to Off White the next day and they got confirmation from the company that they could expedite ship the dress in time for my wedding. Now, Off White has been difficult to communicate with, but they did call and email me promptly when the dress came in. And it came in 2 weeks earlier than expected!!! Plus, my veil arrived very promptly, and they communicated that to me via email. Overall my experience was fantastic. I did have a conversation with an employee that some girls dresses were not arriving on time - but that IS NOT Off Whites fault, that is on the designer of the dress, and I've seen those reviews on here. I 100% understand how stressful that could be, just be cautious to put blame on the right company! read more

Terrible customer service. I literally did not get a word in and I hear the lady whisper to someone else and say, "This is the lady that keeps calling." Keep in mind, this is the first time I was calling... I proceed to continue without calling her out on her rudeness (even if I had called, it's rude to say), and ask her if she had a certain collection available. Being slightly unfamiliar with the way the collection worked, she was still very unhelpful and unwilling to guide me along the process. When I bought my dress here I was told what date my dress would arrive. The dress arrived over 3 weeks after that date. I had to purchase another dress in order to get the alterations done in time. The staff was unresponsive to my inquiries and wouldn't return my calls. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told she wasn't in the store and would call me. This happened multiple times over several months with no response. Extremely unhelpful staff and was told by them the dresses often arrive late. read more

My experience here was awful not only did the lady call me fat but she opened my curtain during a busy time while I was dressing. They are so pushy into buying me a dress there that she was trying to get me to buy a dress that wasn't even what I asked for and was way out of my budget. I was really excited to try on dresses when I came here. However, the staff was really rude and didn't bother helping me. I had to wander around the store and when I asked for a certain style, the employee told me it was ugly. The dress I wanted was under $500, and she told me the prettier version was $14,000. When I told her I didn't want to try on the dress out of my budget, she said that I wasn't worth her time and walked away. I do not suggest going here if you have a small budget and a simple style; they only take care of rich people. read more

I'm noticing I'm not alone in my experience here. I found my dress here, which is great. However, my experience with the staff was horrible! I showed up here twice, once on a busy Saturday and once on a slow Tuesday. The first time, as I was trying on dresses, trying to find someone to help me do them up was like pulling teeth. A couple of times, both ladies were behind the desk (one was texting) while MULTIPLE girls were waiting to have their dresses done up. I, in a moment of frustration, asked the lady if she liked her job. She said "some days". To me, buying a wedding dress is supposed to be a fun experience and it would actually help if the consultants PRETENDED that it was fun for them too. The second time I went in, my maid of honor heard the same lady ("same day" lady) get frustrated that she couldn't leave early because we showed up. PLUS I had to have my maid of honor do up the dress, as I again couldn't get any help from the consultants. Luckily, I was able to find my dress being sold in another boutique. BRIDES BEWARE!!! I had the worst experience with this store! I purchased one of the dresses that was displayed as available. It was my dream dress, the one that I wanted and it was on sale. Everything was perfect. I received an email confirming the purchase and payment, it also said that I would receive and email with further details as tracking info and such. After not receiving anything for several days I contacted the store. I got this for an answer "We have been planing to contact you, we cannot find your dress, we think we sold it and never took it out of the system, we are sorry but we can get it for you for full price" This is not an excuse for poor service and certainly not an apology. It is also not an apology to give me a full refund in 1-2 days time. Planning a wedding is stressful enough without adding the help of a store´s incompetence. If you are planning in getting anything from this store I would say DON´T! Don´t go through the hassle of even browsing... You are in for discouragement and a headache. read more

My experience here was not what I expected. I found my dream dress here on February 16th 2019 and ordered it that day, I also ordered a veil and purchased one of the belts they had in store. They had an amazing selection of dresses and let me try on as many as I wanted, my consultant, Lisa was truly amazing and answered every question I had and just made the experience perfect! When we went to go place our order- breana was the one on the computer and was the one entering in all the information. This is where my problems started. When Lisa gave her my measurements she gave her a weird look and told her to re take them. She gave her the same numbers again and she had a very rude attitude towards them. I am a small chested girl who is already set conscious about it and her remarks about the measurements was just rude. When the order is all in and we are ready to pay they told us the total and it was a couple hundred dollars more than we were expecting f and said that bust they assured us it was the correct prices and everything. So we agreed and paid the money. When we left home my sister wanted to see the dress so I looked at the name on the receipt and typed it into the website and it pulled up a dress, that was not the one I thought. It was not the dress I picked out and realized quickly they had ordered the wrong dress. By this time they had already closed and the next day was Sunday so I had to wait till Monday. When I called on Monday they acted like they already knew and told me to come in and we would get everything fixed and the extra money refunded back to me. I went in on Monday and they were basically throwing Lisa ( the girl who helped me find my dress who was amazing ) under the buss saying she was the one who messed up but I knew it wasn't her. So flash forward a couple months I finally get my dress ( which came later than expected and they were very hard to get a straight answer out of them of when it would actually be here ) and the dress is perfect I was so happy. Took the dress home and realized they had ordered the wrong veil!!!! I was so over it and frustrated and went right back in. The lady( I can't remember her name ) I think she is either the owner or the top manager was there and helped me. They custom made a veil for me and she was very helpful and very apologetic and made the process very easy. The veil came fast and is perfect and I'm very happy with it. But wish this process would have gone smoother. I love my dress and this shop they had so many options but the way they went out their side of the purchase was unprofessional and disappointing. read more
