There was only one elevator working to service 3 floors of residents crowding them in the elevator during lunch time. She walked out first and the other resident rammed her walker in between my sister's legs dragging her down and fracturing her leg. She had surgery for broken tibia and fibula but never left the hospital as complications arose. She passed away 9 days later. My sister walked perfectly well and was given a go by the pt there. THE FACILITY NEVER CALLED ME TO ASK HOW SHE WAS. What does that tell you about 'caring'?

Avoid doing business with a director by the name of Tina. Nice in the beginning and then she'll disappear. No return calls, nothing. She actually made things much more difficult than they had to be. VERY unprofessional. There are two elevators one of which is constantly breaking down. Same as the ONE coffee machine they have there. Always broken. Tbe doors to the rooms are way too heavy for elderly people, most in wheelchairs. The staff seems to change pretty frequently which really is not the best thing for residence.

Drowning in mixed…read moreemotions, lack of information, and headed in a direction of the unknown we were luckily introduced to Tiffany founder of Bridge a way for Seniors. Being in a situation of sadness, confusion, and helplessness Tiffany was by our side through it all providing us with a plethora of information that would help not only our mother but our family as we tackled each obstacle that came in our way. Our mother succumbed to her illness on 2/13/25, it is with Tiffany's determination and endless hard work we were able to bring mom home with hospice where she was able to spend her final days with her loving family reminiscing, laughing, and us loving her with every part of our beings. After moms passing Tiffany continuously reached out to us to make sure we were not only mentally doing alright but continued to offer guidance with our next steps through this while process. To say that Bridge a way for Seniors and Tiffany are a Godsent is an understatement, I don't know how we would have done this without them. We not only look forward to working with Bridge a way for Seniors again in the future and we will absolutely be recommending them to all our family and friends in need of guidance. Much thanks, The Kurovics Family

Worst place ever!! The aides were rude and neglectful. My grandmother fell out of the bed and they…read moredid not have her sent back to the hospital to be checked out. Then family members found her twice hanging off the bed. Also, several times she was soaked and when asked the aides to change and clean her, we were given attitudes or was told they weren't the aide for the room and the aide was on break so we had to wait. Almost impossible to get the dr to come talk. Medication was given extremely late almost every dose. Social workers did not seem to care. My grandmother went in doing well, and went downhill fast. Then they screwed up the paperwork to transfer her to hospice at home and I had to get involved. Finally got her home where she passed two days later. Her death was due to neglect, she was in so much pain and I truly hope no one else has to deal with that place. It is a horrendous place and even had another patient tell us to get my grandmother out of there.

Roomamet said she had some breathing issues but NO ONE would respond to her call light. Judging by other reviews, this seems to be the standard, 2 hour response times. Kicker is the administrator stated there is no call light monitoring system to track response times!! Amazingly administration states "they found her unresponsive". Funny because other than initial rounds- NO ONE WENT INTO HER ROOM UNLESS I CALLED UP THERE to get a supervisor to have her call light answered. 4 times in less than 24 hrs!! But they magically " found her"??? How NYS has not closed this place down is beyond me. Supervisor Ingrid flat out lied to me about "family being with her when she passed". NO ONE WAS THERE. Owners need to investigate their administration there. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
