I was staying at an Airbnb in town that did not have Laundry. So twice, I needed to have my laundry done. I didn't want to take the time and do it myself, so I took advantage of their wash and fold service. Everybody that I dealt with has been friendly and helpful. Not only is the price very reasonable, but both times I used the service, I got my Laundry back within just a few hours after I dropped it off. The fast service was very appreciated. The laundry was perfect, perfectly washed and perfectly folded.. I would come back here again in a heartbeat. Thank you. read more

My wife and I dropped our clothes off to be cleaned because we didn't have time last week. $40 and we barely had any clothes maybe 2 medium size loads..my wife dropped them off so I didn't deal with that part. Then I go to pick up later, I walk in to the counter and I'm standing there and the lady yells you have to come to the side with anger and I walk over and she's got a nasty attitude. Then I take clothes home and theirs no smell to my clothes whatsoever..i honestly think they just threw them in the dryer..on top of that they couldn't if match my socks up.....horrible never again read more

I come from Staatsburg ny just bc of the ease of doing small and large loads of laundry. The staff, are very helpful. The set up makes folding easy too. Two thumbs up! read more

This place is not only unreliable , they are thieves. Incompetence at it's worst. I hadn't been here for a few years, because the last 2 previous times I had my laundry washed and folded, some of my clothes were stolen. Out of convenience, I decided to try it again. I intended to do my own laundry. The cash machine was broken, and they don't accept credit cards. So I asked the girl at the counter if they could do my wash and fold, and have it done by 5:00 pm. She immediately said yes. I confirmed that it would be done by 5:00 pm and left. When I returned at 5:30 that evening I was told it will be ready at 6:30. It set me back an hour and ruined dinner plans I had with friends. read more

Laundromat is clean but there is one negative. You have to buy a card to use their machines. The card itself isn't free and if you lose the card you have to buy another one. The dryers don't really work well compared to other laundromats I have used. Also experienced rudeness from an old man that was standing by the door at 4:30 on a Saturday and rushed me in. Then he proceeded to lock the door. He was with another worker? A big older woman. A few minutes after I came a couple with children stood outside in the sin wondering why the door wouldn't open. These two workers just sat on their butts and didn't explain to these people why they were closed. I told my daughter to gesture to the family that the laundry was closed. After my daughter did that the fat lady decided to get up and do what my daughter just did but it was already too late. Five minutes after that the old rude man unlocked the door and a thin Hispanic looking lady walked in. The lady said " I already punched out." The two lazy and rude people left and tada! The laundromat was open again. Sad way to run a business. Maybe hire people that want to work! It was only 4:50, when they left. The last wash is at 8pm, the signs on the door clearly states. (Unless the two lazy and rude people are working) They are open everyday. read more

This is one of the card laundry places and I was charged $2 for the card which is ridiculous. I don't want to keep coming back but their system keeps you from having a zero balance on the card. It does seem cleaner than most laundromats around here but its extremely loud and bright inside and the audio on their multiple tvs is slightly delayed on one, which is head ache inducing. read more

Found out that they RECYCLE their water. Which if you're like me and have sensitive skin can wreak havoc, I broke out in a rash and the only explanation is the laundromat. The women who work there are rude and don't want to help, half of the time they leave to go outside and smoke the gentlemen who work here are nice and friendly. The machines are nasty and have caked on soap. The dryers are old and you shouldn't run anything on high heat or else it'll melt your clothes if they are polyester. They have a card machine and it costs $2 to buy the card initially. I had some confusion on how to use the card machine because I never used machines like that before and the woman with short gray hair grabbed my arm and physically moved me out of her way. The main reason I No longer use this facility is because on Christmas Eve I had a couple loads of laundry to do before I went on vacation. As I get in there I get a nasty look and was asked how much laundry I had because the last wash was at 330 and I got there at 230 they closed around 4 if I remember correctly. Which in it of itself makes zero sense because you obviously need more time but you should have common sense to just go earlier. They had an issue and said if I left my laundry past the time they close they would lock the doors. They proceeded to just speak nonsense and I in turn left. Nasty and vile. Do NOT GO HERE read more
