whoever the lady is with the dark bun that works here is amazing and friendly and very welcoming…read more the laundromat itself it's great. whoever the older sasquatch with the blonde bob is rude and just overall horrible energy. not only watching and staring at customers doing their laundry like they're criminals, but correcting a simple mistake with the snobbiest attitude possible. if you don't like your job then someone else including myself would gladly replace you. i'm not a people person myself but targeting a specific person and watching them do their laundry out of the entire place filled with other customers is uncomfortable. treating a customer like they're dumb over a simple mistake that im sure 100s of others make all the time without being WATCHED. i come clean and organized and i do my laundry quick. i spend too much money here to be treated like im lesser than anyone who works there. tell the other lady to come back.

When I saw the prices I almost walked out, but it was just one load so I decided to spend the extra few dollars bc I was already there. The machines don't take quarters so I tried using my credit card... I got an error message. I tried a second even more expensive machine. No luck. Imagine hating your customer base so much that you don't allow change or personal credit/debit cards, but you force them to buy a special card to use on your machines. I took my clothes out of the second washing machine and drove up the road. Was happy to see it was less expensive and takes cash.

Someone related to the owner or one of the owners takes up every machine in the place to do laundry for what I'm assuming is a camp. It's ridiculous that he's doing this during the daytime. The place is open24 hours a day,come do it like 8:00pm when no one's there. It's so frustrating as a regular to have to deal with this. It's really inconsiderate. He'd do it on Mondays so we switched to Tuesday and guess what he was there Tuesday afternoon too. We ended up having to take our wet laundry to another laundromat because there wasn't a single one open . He'd take them as soon as they were emptied. Not a great way to run a business to let your customers have to put up with this.

Soap machine also works well and has lots of choices. Owner/attendant didn't seem to speak English, but that didn't matter to me as I didn't need anything. He smiled a lot at us. I didn't want to take the time and do it myself, so I took advantage of their wash and fold service. Everybody that I dealt with has been friendly and helpful. Not only is the price very reasonable, but both times I used the service, I got my Laundry back within just a few hours after I dropped it off. The fast service was very appreciated. The laundry was perfect, perfectly washed and perfectly folded.. I would come back here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Then I go to pick up later, I walk in to the counter and I'm standing there and the lady yells you have to come to the side with anger and I walk over and she's got a nasty attitude. Then I take clothes home and theirs no smell to my clothes whatsoever..i honestly think they just threw them in the dryer..on top of that they couldn't if match my socks up.....horrible never again
