I would advise finding a different office. The people that work their individually are very nice. I do not like the policies and procedures of the management. They are not always well stocked with essential items needed by both of Dentists and by the customers. I would be wary of any organization that will not provide the patient with the patient's own notes upon request. read more

Unprofessional place, they make patients sign off cause they know they unable to do any type of surgical procedures so u take chances to be to be in pain and they ignore ur calls because they know they messed up with hundreds of patients. I went to The Bronx Dental Center as an emergency patient due to flare gums. From the Administrative assistants to the Dentist they all were very nice. This young lady talked me through a very very good cleaning she done and showed me a good way to floss. I just work up and the flared gums are no more in one day. My new go to place read more

The worst dentist in the world the coordinator is a greedy despicable thing not even a human being he could be called, they made me get a loan and never gave me the proper services and kept the loan, they shaved a healthy tooth and didn't cover it, gave me Penicillin which i'm allergic to.I end up having to remove the tooth and going to another dentist paid out $6000 for an implant to the new dentist, they only placed crowns which were $3700 and I paid the lenders club back the only procedure i signed for they double dipped and billed my job insurance after stealing the loan they refused to return the remainder of the loan which was $12700 i only used $3700 , they made up a bogus invoices even added the FREE consultation and charged over $700 GREEDY LIARS I have Bells Palsy due to the stress i endured by these so called dentists.And I have my diabetes and HBP out of control due to the new meds I have to take, i refused to have some huge teeth placed in my mouth and they breached the contract and stole the loan don't go there this is the worst experience I have ever had. no stars thumbs down! read more

I went here with an emergency dental issue and they double charged for everything. They refused to take one X-ray of the tooth that had pain and the filling fell out. I had to pay for a full mouth of X-ray and they refused to fix the tooth until I paid double to fix the cavity. I would never go her again. read more

I've avoided going to the dentist for years (and I have a bunch of work I need to get done). I was so scared to even be there but Eliz and Erica (at the front desk) were so warm and friendly, they were patient working with me (and I noticed they showed the same patience to people who called and those who came in). The technician apologized for making me wait so long. Dr. Sarowitz in 5 minutes undid 25 years of my trauma of dentist. He was kind, reassuring, he gave me a plan to get my dental hygiene back to healthy that worked with the boundaries for my insurance, and what I insurance wouldn't cover, the lovely ladies at the front desk helped me find a loan and payment plan for. The cleaning wasn't painful and honestly this experience was the first time I wanted to have a good cry at the dentist, I cannot wait to go back! read more

Very disappointed in the service from this office. I have come here twice a year for almost three years and every time I make an appointment. However, the team places priority on walk-ins. Please be aware that scheduled appointments at this location mean NOTHING. Every time I come here I am made to wait over an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time. If you are in need of unprofessional, delayed service then this is the place for you! However, if you are in need of a real dentist that is organized and has a system in place. This was my firsts time at the dentist in a very long time and Dr. Sarowitz was extremely nice and accommodating for me. He went through all of my dental issues and how to address them, and even gave me pamphlets on Invisalign, etc. I will definitely be back! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND QUALITY OF WORK. I am giving ZERO stars as well. My husband is trying for 4 months to have one of his teeth replace and they keep changing appointments and telling him they are not ready to perform the job. He just left the dental office ( if I can called it office). he had an appointment 30 minutes ago which they canceled and never informed him. This is the 6th appointment in 4 months and the job still not done. The insurance companies need to verify if this office is charging them for the visit since he only showed his face and they returned him back home. Everytime he goes there has to leave work early. These people don't realize the impact hey have and people life. They only care about the insurance and collect the money from the patient because he already paid $400 copay to do a job that in 4 months they have not preformed yet. We advise everyone NOT to use this office ever because they are not professionals and all they care is about the $$$$. Poor customer service!! I hate to see such horrible reviews, as my experience with The Bronx Dental Center was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was friendly and professional. After filling out the necessary paperwork to become a new patient, I waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen, which generally takes much longer. My visit with Dr. Sarowitz was far and above the easiest and most comfortable trip to the dentist I've ever experienced! I'd been having a hard time finding a dentist in the city that I felt comfortable with, but Dr. Sarowitz put my mind at ease with his very obvious skill and attention to detail. He melded just the right amount of humor and conversation without making me uncomfortable with forced small talk. I felt that he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the best treatment option for me. Because of the apparent ease with which he performed the work, and his genuine care for me as a patient, he'll be my first choice for future visits. read more

The doctors are gentle, the staff is friendly, the office is amazing and the location is awesome, located next to the 167 street train stop on the 4 train. HORRIBLE SERVICE, I wish it was possible to give ZERO stars. I called this dentistry at 10 in the morning asking if there was any available slots for that day, the woman on the phone asked me if I ever been to the clinic I told her no, she then proceed to tell me that I don't have to make an appointment that I can walk in what ever time as long as it was before 3pm. I arrive at 1:30pm, filled out some paper work and waited to be seen. After two hours of waiting, I go to the front desk employee and ask her if she had an estimate wait time of when I was going to be seen that I've been waiting for two hours, she cuts me off and replies with an attitude telling me I should of made an appointment, that I will be seen after all of the people who made appointments are seen. I then told her I would of made an appointment if one of her co workers wouldn't have advised me not to do so. She then turns around to her co worker asking her if she told me not to make an appointment and her co worker of course says no. She then tells me no one told me not to make an appointment that next time I should get a name, I had to inform her that her and her peers need to be all be on the same page when it comes to their patients. Let me just add in that there's two female receptionist and the two hour wait I only seen one answering phones while the other was on her personal phone gossiping the entire time. Don't waste your time, take the trip to Manhattan and go to a professional dentistry that doesn't hire such unprofessional and rude employees. read more
