Even when I was between different job positions, different dental plans and Dr Otto wasn't within my network, I waited- until my next dental plan did list him as my in-network dentist. Staff is always excellent, from the dental hygienist- Euris to the receptionist Daisy to Dr. Otto's Assistant- who's name escapes me- down to his wife-who always takes care of billing. Dr. Otto is a wonder. Always left out of here content with the few dental procedures I've gotten. He's a sharp shooter but with a cool sense of humor and will let me know what needs to be done and how to maintain my choppers. I don't know why I used to have this weird thought of walking into a dingy office and crummy tools. Not here! His office is inviting, rooms are pleasant and everything is spic and span. And what tops it- every time you visit, he'd have a real cool music playlist going: from Merengue to even Coldplay to Worldly music. Love! Really like the expertise he's been bringing this long. After some research, I ultimately landed on Williamsbridge Dental Care - it also helped that I have several family members that are patients here. My first visit was only for a consultation where they assessed my teeth and talked about the services they provided. I decided to book a cleaning at a future state, and they took x-rays to make my follow-up appointment shorter. The office is pretty spacious and professionally decorated. I liked the fact there were private rooms, as opposed to an open floor plan with all patients in the same space. This is a family practice run by the Perretta family of dentists - Michael, Gina, and Connie. Gina performed my cleaning, and she did an excellent job. She was thorough, professional, and offered me a lot of support when it came to my oral care. The office staff is also great - they are accessible via phone and email, and utilize texting services for appointment reminders/confirmations which I'm always a fan of. They also provide late appointment times some nights of the week which is great for me and my work schedule. Overall, I would definitely recommend Williamsbridge Dental Care - I'm really happy to have found my new dentists!

Trustworthy, caring, thorough!…read more My dentist recommended me to the practice, telling me he'd seen superb results in people with deep periodontal pockets and infected tissue like mine. I knew going in that I had some serious issues; I'd been hearing for years I needed to see a periodontist, but it takes everything for me to get to the regular dentist -- they terrify me. Now, though... it was clear, from the pain in my mouth and just to look at my teeth that I needed serious help. So I went. Everyone is friendly, informative, the vibe in the place is welcoming -- you can tell people like working there. Dr. Cote is very informative and positive. He set me up for deep cleaning to try to treat the problems and said it looked like I could keep my teeth. Yay! First deep cleaning I had a hygienist -- John, I believe -- who was very gentle. Second deep cleaning was Dr. Asuaga, who was thorough; no pain and all went well, but John was perhaps too gentle and Dr. Asuaga was determined to get every last little bit. Alas, it was not enough, which I was expecting. So now it is time for laser gum surgery to manage the problem. Pricey, but... I paid upfront because I trust they will help me keep my teeth. Dr. Cote said this will solve the problem (provided I up my dental hygiene habits and go to the dentist more often), and I believe him. No one was trying to up-sell me. Dr. Cote said if the procedure was one I could not afford, I could go every 3 months and keep up with cleanings while I saved. No pressure to sign on to a procedure my insurance won't cover. The only real vibe I get is that he'd like me to keep my teeth -- and that is what you want from your dentist. I will update when laser surgery is done, but I do not anticipate any stars being removed.
