A GEM of a tropical plant store in the area. It is small, but has a lot to offer. This place has actual personality and feels like you're adopting a plant, not just buying one. You can tell the team genuinely cares and actually knows what they're talking about, which matters if you have questions. It is "pricier", but most unique plants are priced the same in other shops. Unique succulents with a range of sizes, including hanging plants. Free potting if you buy a plant and a pot. Warm, humid, clean, and calming!! Stopped by here randomly while driving pass. Such a good find to know that we have a tropical plant store in the area. It was perfectly humid you can tell all of the plants were thriving. The prices are what you would expect for these plants being location in dry Colorado. A bit more expensive that what I'm use to in CA. What a great little plant shop. And when I say little I mean little. It does have a great selection of plants though but I don't know how they get so many different types of plants in the small space. I stopped in for about 2 to 3 plants when I saw the shop and I walked out with 8 beautiful varieties. I just couldn't help myself they were so healthy and beautiful. The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful and I spent some time talking with both the man and woman who were working that day. I'm certainly not a plant expert and they taught me a lot about my new plants. I live way up north and I just happened in to the shop when I was in town one day and I'm so glad I did. I will make a point of making a special trip into Denver just to go to this shop when I need a pick me up in the form of a plant. Stumbled upon this gem while driving through the neighborhood this afternoon. Upon walking in, it was like we were transported into the jungle! So many amazing plants and succulents on the floor, walls, and hanging from the ceiling. The guy was super knowledgeable and made a great recommendation for me based on my needs. He also transplanted it into a new pot for me! He was very nice and we loved how this place was dog friendly! read more

New obsession!! Went for the first time this week and just WOW. It was like I stepped into paradise. Cody was so knowledgeable and helped me pick out 8 new babies. They have the commons and rares out on display and you can tell how loved all of the plants are. Every plant was packaged with care for the ride home, and they gave me care tips, prop tips, and answered all my many questions. You can tell the employees love plants! They do fun sip pot and paint events too I will need to check out. There is a plant points club too, so I even got a free moss pole after buying my new plant friends. Def check this place out. They even have their own parking lot, rare in denver! I'll have to resist going back weekly and getting new plants all the time now. read more

This plant shop is adorable. The layout is easy to navigate. There are so many choices of plants. The service was wonderful and the person who was working that day answered all of my questions and gave me honest recommendations. The plants look healthy and happy so the price matched the service and the care of the plant. You can definitely tell that these plants are well taken care of. I enjoyed browsing. After I saw my holy grail plant aka "the one that got away" on the bronze petal's Instagram I knew I had to stop in asap. The bronze petal delivers a punch, especially for its size. I have never seen so many fabulous aroids in one place, not to mention the cacti and other charming houseplants. This store has something for everyone, from the novice to the collector. That being said, there's no plant snobbery, the owner is awesome, super charming and knowledgeable. They also teach classes and have wine happy hour. Happy hour(s) are Friday and Saturday 2-close. Given what they're pedaling, the prices are really reasonable. Today I saw the biggest Hawaiian pothos I've ever seen (outside of Hawaii) hanging in the store for a price that made me say "Should I sell some furniture to fit this?" Thankfully someone saved me from myself and bought it while I was in the store. They also carry locally made ceramics and macrame plant hangers. They'll also re-pot the new friend you're taking home. 100% love this store. If you're into rare plants this is a must stop while you're in Denver. read more

Absolutely love this store! I was lucky enough to have a friend recommend The Bronze Petal to me, the experience was even better than I could have imagined. Todd is knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Todd's relaxed way of educating customers makes learning about rare plants much easier. The Bronze Petal had my dream plant (Philodendron Micans on a totem) for a reasonable price, the only hard part was deciding which one to take home! This store is a "must see" for plant lovers. Such a fabulous find! I purchased a String of Pearls at another shop which my cat knocked off the shelf. I took it here to make sure it would survive and the very friendly owner put in more potting soil for me free of charge. The prices are very reasonable, much less than other shops I've visited.
