Whenever I get my eyebrows done I'm very vocal about how I want them. Not only did she not listen to my request she absolutely disregarded what I wanted. My skin was now bright red and she missed the majority of what seemed like obvious hairs to be removed. I pointed out the area I wanted fixed and she then threaded some more, and by this point it hurt so bad I just wanted to leave. When I walked back inside to ask her what happened she was extremely rude and said "you're eyebrow is just shaped like that, just use a brow brush to comb it over".
