She was super nice and told me exactly what she needed from me and then left the room so that I could get undressed and comfortable. Her bed was the most comfortable bed that I've ever laid on while getting a wax, my usual experience is a hard bed with a plastic or paper lining. She worked in smaller sections than what I'm used to but it made the overall pain way less. She held good conversation the whole time and she never made me feel awkward or uncomfortable. She also checked for missed hairs and she did not miss a thing! I usually leave my wax appointments with wax on me or missed hairs but she did amazing!! Their four rooms are spacious, private and welcoming. The beds are feather soft. Brianna made sure to take care of my every need, as I have a bad back and neck...she was very thoughtful about that. She also seemed very knowledgeable about skin problems. I highly recommend the vitamin C facial which starts at 60 bucks for first timers. The Citrus smell, combined with the Steam and then warm towels and a firm yet comfortable neck and shoulder massage unravels all your worries :-) Although they do have a lot of product in the front, they don't push it on you. It was only when I asked for advice on a cleanser that Briana told me the options. The location in Charming Old Fair Oaks Village is perfect and I like to support local small businesses :-).
