Unfortunately, it felt like the focus was more on getting paid than providing a quality service. My lash lift was only half done, yet I was charged full price. My eyelashes are completely flat and don't even look like a lash lift was done. There wasn't enough glue or product applied, and the results are terrible. If there wasn't enough time to do the service properly, it should have been rescheduled or adjusted. Charging full price for unfinished work is unprofessional and very disappointing.
