This girl is awful... My daughter made an appointment with her, she showed up 1 minute late due to construction at the brownies subdivision (she works out of her parents basement). The door was locked, she didn't answer the phone when my daughter called her. Five minutes later my fighter tried calling her again and she stated she didn't think k she was coming and she was TWENTY minutes away and could turn around. How is she TWENTY minutes away if my daughter was only ONE minute late? Make it make sense. Do NOT patron The Browticians. This is not the first time she has done this to us either. The first time I came here they did my eyebrows perfectly! I never got the name of the person who did them and I wish I had... Either way, I go in today and she jacked my eyebrows up! It's funny to me how every time they mess up, there is always an excuse. She said something about the thickness of my eyebrows, but I was commenting on the arch being different on my right eye than it was on my left eye... The thickness has nothing to do with that. Either way, I will never be back! I really wish I could do my eyebrows myself! Now I have to walk around for at least two weeks looking stupid because they messed my eyebrows up! I don't know who Sonya is, but I doubt she is the one who did my eyebrows today. She did horrible if so! I'm highly displeased! They are too thin and they look a mess. WOW!!!!! Seriously you are going to charge a cancellation fee for a RESCHEDULE! First of all my brows were UNEVEN and my husband noticed as soon as I came home. I was still willing to come back to get this fixed with the refill. I think it is so funny how you not only now lost the money for my refill but also for the 4 referrals I had lined up for you over $35. I have NEVER in my life had to leave a negative review on a Spa type service. ALSO LETS NOTE that I told you that you are not authorized to charge the card that was used for the first appointment and you decided to charge it anyway. Yes, you had authorization for the first appointment but I was not asked to put a card on file for the second appointment. I hope to find another business that can do my refill and respect and appreciate their clients. read more

I started coming here a couple of months ago and have been consistently going every two weeks. I am very happy with how my face looks. I get a full face threading and she is efficient and very pleasant. It's a nice clean environment and I always feel comfortable coming in and being worked on. After moving in from out of town this is my favorite eyebrow threading salon. read more

Huge NO for me. I set up an appointment and walked in explaining it was my first time getting my brows laminated. Sonya did not go over any newbie procedures or any after care. She stayed on a personal phone call the whole time and never seemed focused on just "me" as a client. She even went back and forth between me and a brow wax she had come in and I didn't notice her change gloves or wash hands after handling cards/other services. Once the lamination process was almost over she mentioned she would dye my brows, which I was ok with but never informed it was included in the price. The lamination looked pretty good (I got my eyebrows waxed elsewhere before hand) but my eyebrows were pitch black in color. I got home and called her asking how I can remove the color and mentioned to her that while trying to remove the color on my own most of the lamination had come off. I asked if I could come back in to get just the lamination fixed and she said no because the procedure is done every 4-6 weeks. I was pretty distressed as my eyebrows looked terrible and she was not being understanding/nor offering any type of solution. Overall I paid a high price to be ignored and go home with black rectangles on my face, that I instantly had to scrub off. Before and after attached below.
