On initial entry, the space inside was cute and well decorated in the spirit of Christmas (to be fair Turkey decor probably wouldn't have had the same effect). I was overwhelmed and spoilt for choice looking at the display case and I appreciate that I was given the time to fully explore and let my mouth water adequately. I got the maple pumpkin pie, the toffee pretzel cheesecake, the BBBB cheesecake, and, at checkout, I was lured in by the day old cookies. It was all amazing. I said I wouldn't say much. Anything here is 10 times better than a chain. Might even be 10 times better than any other Omaha bakery. I am really not sure what type of sorcery is conducted in the kitchen here but I support it! Not only are they constantly experimenting and throwing out new items, everything is just sensational. Spectacular give me 14 of em right now. I looove that they're open until 8pm so much. I'll often be driving home around 7 so it's the perfect spot for a sweet evening treat. I think I'm coming close to regular status at this point. When I want to impress or bring something for an occasion - this is where to stop! All that AND I haven't even mentioned how absolutely adorable it is inside! This review is for the tea parties at Bubbly Tart. We went to the Harry Potter Tea! It was so cute and was a great girls afternoon. Everyone had their own seating and each group did their own thing. There were two tea options and some snacks and a goodie bag that came with your tea time fee, but remember you're paying for the tea time and teaming experience. I don't know if I would do this with picky eaters, but my group of three adults really enjoyed it. The time length may not be the longest, but my friends do love to chat for awhile. I've wanted to try the Bubbly Tart for a very long time and finally made the trip this week. I was sooo impressed! I love the decor - lots of greenery, soft pinks and floral arrangements hanging from the ceiling. The desserts were outstanding. There is so many to look at, and often times I find myself in an internal battle on which ones to choose. They have classics, but also rotate in and out some specialties. I am gluten free, and they have a variety of gluten free options for myself, making it the perfect place to go for me and by boyfriend. The inside is sooo gorgeous. It's so vibrant and has a lot more seating than I expected prior to walking in. We went pretty late, around 6:30pm, and they still had a really good selection. The staff was very friendly and attentive, even as they attended to other duties. I got an assortment of sweets for my family. For myself, I got the banana foster bar and it tasted like it was made with love! My only complaint is the parking. Of course this isn't Bubbly Tart's fault. There is only street parking, so you might have to drive around the block to find parking due to the tenants living in the apartment complexes on top and around the bakery. Made a visit during their sixth birthday celebration last weekend. The decor is lovely - soft, pink and flowery. I picked up the cinnamon roll flight for $10 which included four of their best sellers: lemon meringue, sour cream apple, hostess cupcake and salted olive oil chocolate chip cookie. Wow! Unique flavors that were each so good in their own way. They have a wide variety of sweet treats, cupcakes, and cookies. There will be something for everyone! Everyone in the shop is nice and they were able to give me some great recommendations. This cute little bakery is a perfect spot to hang out, read or just chat with friends . Prices are a bit higher than some of the other bakeries in Omaha, but the higher prices do correlate with the quality of the desserts that they have. First of all, the desserts are beautiful just like their store. We walked in and wanted everything. I got an oatmeal cream pie, which was so big. I was able to share with my husband and my son I only like homemade oatmeal cream pies. I also got the strawberry cheesecake, OMG! The oatmeal cream pie was delicious, but the strawberry cheesecake was incredible. No nasty strawberries in red sugar sauce running down your cheesecake just fresh, strawberries, and whipped cream. I treated my daughter, a student at Creighton, and 5 friends to afternoon tea at The Bubbly Tart for my daughter's birthday. I was able to easily arrange everything, including payment, even while out of state. My emails were promptly answered and the payment process was a breeze. The girls took tons of pics, so I know it passed their high standards of what is acceptable for social media posts. The table was pink and gold and set to perfection. I had such a hard time choosing what treats to take home with me because there were so many delicious-looking options. The cake and assorted desserts for about 80 people were very reasonably priced and incredible. They have a beautiful assortment of cookies, tarts, cheesecakes, bars etc. Our hands down favorite is the blueberry gooey bar, we get one every time we go. When we started searching for what we wanted to do for dessert for our wedding I knew I did not want to do a traditional cake. I bartended for weddings and saw all the cake we threw away at the end of the night. So, I started trying different bakeries locally to see what we liked the best. We tried over five different local bakeries and The Bubbly Tart won by a landslide. From the moment we stepped in, the young girl behind the counter was so nice and professional. When she heard we were picking out random desserts to try for our wedding she suggested a few that were best sellers, and we were SO glad she did because they were amazing! Everything we tried was so good, nothing disappointed us. I then started emailing with Chelsie (the owner) and getting my order going. She was so great and easy to work with. When I would tell her what I was thinking she was open and honest about amounts, prices and sizes. We ended up picking over 10 different kinds of desserts and people went CRAZY! We had absolutely nothing left, and that is with us getting a cheap three-layer cake from Sam's Club. They ate every dessert bar/cup/pie that we got from The Bubbly Tart.
