They were good - I was I think expecting to be blown away given the reviews and blown away I was not, BUT I was really impressed with the onion rings, the burger was solid, and I'd not hesitate to return. By the time our food came out, we had been waiting well over an hour after ordering. To make matters worse, several steaks were undercooked. What was most concerning was that our server told us undercooked steaks happen there "all the time." Hearing that at a steakhouse was honestly shocking. When I spoke with the manager, I was told they were backed up and didn't anticipate the rush. Frankly, that's hard to understand. It was Father's Day weekend during the College World Series--one of the busiest weekends of the year in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area. To add to the concerns, the floors throughout the restaurant were extremely slick. We actually witnessed a child slip and fall, which was alarming and speaks to a larger issue with maintaining a safe environment for guests. To the restaurant's credit, they did reduce our bill by 25%, and I appreciate that gesture.
