However, they said they only take cash, so we left and had to go to the ATM to get money out. We eventually came back, and the lady had overcharged us and had to recalculate our order. We got two sausage rolls, a medium pizza, and a small pizza for almost $50.00. The sausage rolls were a great price, but the pizza is way overpriced, in my opinion. Unfortunately, the food was a letdown, big time. The sausage rolls were kind of burnt on top, and the inside was not hot. The carnivore medium pizza was dry and overcooked, and when you grabbed a piece, all of the toppings fell off. The small Thai chicken pizza was overcooked, dry, and hard to eat. It was like eating cardboard. We tried to eat but threw most of our food away in the trash. I really want to go back and try others, but I don't know if I will, unfortunately.

The pizzas are literally half the size of their standard Neopolitan pizzas along with a $4.00 up-charge for GF, totaling $51 for carry-out (just two tiny skimpily topped pizzas, nothing else)... This is a joke right? While the pizzas were good (not as good as their Neopolitan), $51 is laughable and frankly insulting. Wow, this is some "bold" customer price gouging and should piss-off anyone that orders their GF pizza... Albeit I wouldn't expect anything less coming from the guy that treats his customers like ill repute. Needless to say, we are officially done with 800 Degrees... From bad customer treatment to getting bent by over like a cheap Vegas hooker via price gouging, 800 Degrees and its pompous owner can get bent. This is such a travesty because 800 Degrees is an outstanding pizzeria, but there are other solid pizzerias in Fort Wayne that deserve our business because they don't do either of the above. The custard and soft serve is delicious, albeit, still not a cheap treat. The staff is always efficient and friendly. The inside appears clean and orderly. The outdoor seating area and the appearance is charming, while still maintaining the old school vibes and nostalgia we all love about the Brown House. It's not an inexpensive meal, but the quality is good, service is consistent, and they still include the peppermint in your sack to round off your meal.
