Our family really likes Mozzarelli's when we are looking for a good-value orientated pizza that isn't a chain place. We ordered a supreme speciality pizza and cheese sticks. The pizza crust has more of a flour flavor - with some hints of butter and garlic. It is baked to a moderately soft consistency while retaining a slightly crispy crust. It is perfect to dip the provided garlic butter. The tomato sauce has a decent spicy-heat flavor to it. It's just enough to let you know it's there without overpowering the taste. It seems to have a bit of a tomato paste consistency and flavor. You will enjoy the piles of fresh toppings. Plenty of tasty meat. The fresh tasting cheese is pretty thick on the top without oozing all over the place. A pretty good pie! A mark of good pizza is how it tastes cold the next day. Mozzarelli's pizza tends to run drier and tougher the next day. The topping tastes are still excellent. Overall the pizza is just not as moist and as easy to chew as i would prefer. Our house likes the inexpensive cheese bread a lot. The crust is a bit tougher and crispier. A more predominant butter taste is applied. The cheese isn't all that thick. However there is enough to let you know it's cheese bread and will need to be pulled apart. The thin cut strips make it easy for people to pick the pieces that fit their appetite. I placed an online order, they forgot half my order and got the other part wrong. They had to go back to get the rest of my order. Then they double charged my debit card causing my account to be over drawn; when I called to ask them to reverse the extra charge the manager told me ONLY the owner could do that. I'm sure the food would've been good if it had been hot. Ordered online at 5:45 with an expected 6:15 delivery. Email at 6:03 that it was out for delivery, and being that I live 11 minutes away, I expected it on time. At 6:30, I call as I've still gotten nothing and they say the person left at 6:20 and should be here shortly. Twice in one month the driver forgot the salad with the pizza. First time we agreed to let him go back and get it. By time he came back we were done eating. Salad sat in frig for days and ultimately just threw it away. This time i said to forget about it and refund the salad on my card. After an hour with no call confirming credit i called. Manager told me he would only give me a furure credit. Company policy he said. I argued that i doubt i will order from them again and he cant charge me for something i never received. He told me he did not have time for this and hung up on me. Sounded like a young kid. Spoke like a spoiled brat. Owner obviously does not have good judgement putting someone like this in management role or its the owners nephew or something. Never again. So here's the deal. 5 star on the pizza, 1 star because the customer service is a joke. My mother orders a meat, they wrote cheese down, and then proceeded to argue with her. Yes argue.... so what was their fix, they make a meat, demand the cheese back untouched. So in the meantime our other food gets cold and unappealing. We just wanted done right, seriously who has family dinner separate? Apparently Mozzarellis! Ok so the pizza is good.. when your order is right. This one goes out to you "Randy Baker". So I walk into this pizza shop last week it's my first time ordering from here (I usually go to Dominos and now know that's where I'll continue going after my experience here) and I order a half and half pizza. I pay and wait the 20 minutes so far it's a good experience. I get my pizza I go home only to realize that my order was wrong. My half of the pizza was missing toppings I paid for. So I called and talked to a young girl who apologized for my experience asked for my number and said she was applying a 14 (and some change) credit to my account to cover the cost of the pizza and that when I call or go back in to give my number and they credit will be applied. So I did. But when I talked to, and excuse my language, fuckboy Randy he told me I only had a 5$ credit and completely disrespected me by putting me in the category of people who "lie and call in to get free stuff all the time". Excuse me? I've only been here one time and my pizza was incorrectly made. He argued with me for a good 3 1/2 minutes before I demanded his general managers phone number and his first and last name. He kept telling me I was wrong and isn't customer service about how the "customer is always right". He said he's a manager but can't correct the problem based on what I was told and tried to offer me free breadsticks when I clearly only wanted the credit I was promised,.. like it was insulting. I didn't order any breadsticks I ordered a pizza I want my pizza I was promised. I will be calling Andrew the GM tomorrow morning and will make it a priority in my day because it means more than dinner for my family and I at this point.
