Went in on early on a weds. The environment was pretty chill and everyone was pretty friendly and approachable. I came for the $1 taco Tuesday which didnt disappoint along with numerous other delicious appetizers. Had my husband's Christmas party here and it was a great time. Only three stars for now because the food we had was brought in and we were all in the private back room. Lots of space with pools tables and TVs. Found out they will play any football game you want, so we will definitely be coming here in the future to watch some Dolphins games as their are other people from my husband's work who meet up here on Sundays (Monday Night Football, etc.) I will update my review once we've been here and had some of their food and drinks. read more

First and last time going. I ordered the 1/2 pound burger and it took about 40 minutes. When I finally received the burger, it was a small burnt patty. I should have taken a photo. When I told the bartender, she said that's what they had. So you're telling me that you were going to charge me for something you didn't have and not tell me? The bartender did offered me to order something else in exchange but took the plate out of my hands, sighed, and threw it away. Well first thing is the prices that they posted on they're website is false. I ordered a burger that was priced at $9.95 and when I went to pay they charged me $15.00. When I mentioned that the online price was less, the server went an ahead and stated that the menu was from 4 years ago. I proceeded to pay but also searched for a recent post from 3 months ago and it was still cheaper than I was being charged. I got the burger with the chips that it comes with. The burger seemed like a came from a pack of good value Walmart patties. Crap meat. I damn near had to beg for napkins. The people were nice but the price and the food was of really quality. I was here with 4 other friends. We were coming from Orlando and heading to the coast. It was New Year's Eve and we wanted to be someplace to bring in the new year. We found The Bull Dog Pub and went inside. We didn't eat, but we did have a great time! The bartender was the owner and he was friendly. There are multiple pool tables, there was a DJ, and free champagne for midnight. All in all, we had a great time :) There is a lit parking lot, as well as an outdoor area for smokers. read more

This is probably the best bar in the area. At least, so far, unless you drive to DeLand or Sanford. The bartenders know how to make drinks (unlike a few bars we have been to here, that couldn't even make a Old Fashioned or drinks more popular in the 80s, let alone the 1880's, lol.) I stopped in just to check the place out. It was quiet, and there were only a few people at the bar. I sat at a table but had to approach the bar to get someone's attention and get a beer. I did not know there was a kitchen, wasn't offered a menu, and I was surprised by the high price of a beer. I walked to the outside area and seemed to have interrupted a private group, so I returned inside. I see now that happy hour pricing is only in effect for their rewards club members, I didn't know that either. I may stop in again for a second try. read more

I'm new to the area and I came here based on the Yelp reviews and hearing how they have the 'best wings in town'. I wasn't sure what kind of vibes to expect. Well after trying the wings.. they are GOOD. So were the fries and the cheesesteak Eggrolls. The wing flavor: junkyard was a mix between spicy and hot.. perfect. Medium was also good. Not too spicy. The service was phenomenal. Our waitress made sure our drinks were full at all times and gave good recommendations. It just made for a great experience there. I haven't been there on a weekend yet but I plan on it very soon to see what the late night vibes are like. I was told it gets "lit", which is my type of fun lol. Mis-matching chairs. A layer of smoke. Perfect little dive bar that I fell absolutely in love with after stopping in once and now I can't stop coming back. Candy and Brit are incredible and sweet bartenders! There's a pool table in the center of the bar. Darts and a few other arcade games are tucked into the corner. There is a beautiful new patio deck with outside seating and heaters for our Florida winter. Lots of TVs (including on the patio) and they typically always have sports on! Woo! There is an ATM by the front door as well as a vending machine. Get your fix for nicotine, play it safe with a pack of condoms, and hell, there's even phone cables available. You can plug in underneath the bar, where there are also bag hooks. AND DONT FORGET TO GRAB YOUR VIP CARD. You sign up and receive the card THE NEXT DAY. You can earn free drinks, free food, and much more. They have specials pretty much all week. Monday through Friday between 11am and 1pm they offer a $5 lunch special which includes a 6" sandwich, chips or fries, and a domestic pint or bottomless soda. What a steal. Monday nights they have trivia. Your chance at a small bar tab! Please keep in mind trivia is hosted by an outside third party. Tuesday's are $1 tacos and .25 cent beers for VIP members. They also offer 2-4-1 corona and margaritas. Wing Wednesday, and but of course! $4 energy bombs and .50 cent wings! YES PLEASE. 10am to 1pm on Sunday get $2 mimosas and $2 LOADED bloody mary's. Listen up all who serve chicken wings, Bulldog Pub has the best! The way they cook the wings and the homemade sauces! Wow! The chicken sliders with the whiskey bbq sauce was insanely great!!! Get your sauce and then select the heat intensity. They claim to have the best wings in Deltona. They are wrong. The best wings PERIOD! You want a local hole in the wall with great food, you found it! Definitely needs to be on Diners, Drive-in and Dives. 35 minutes from Universal Studios and just off I-4. To update my previous review. I've gone there for chicken wings twice recently and I was very disappointed. The wings were hard and dry. I could tell that they were pre-cooked and reheated in the fryer. This is very disappointing since their "hot" sauce is my favorite out of other local chicken wings. A great find! During a quick visit to the area we searched for a bar and grill close to our destination to watch the Denver football game. Our search was a little confusing as it showed Winks bar and grill on google and no phone number. Once we arrived my husband went in to ask if the game was playing and was immediately greeted by Shawn and was happy to turn the tv to the game. The wings and drinks were great, the service was Awesome! For the non locals Winks is the non smoking side and the Bulldog is smoking, as non smokers we were very comfortable sitting on Winks side, Shawn did an amazing job being attentive to both sides keeping our drinks full and checked in often to make sure we were ok. I just paid almost 39 dollars for 20 wings. I asked for all flats and instead I got mixed wings. The price on the menu for wings are now market price. Throughout the peak of the pandemic I've never been to a bar or restaurant that charges a market price for wings. I've given this place too many chances. My last break was 3 months. The best bar in the Deltona, Orange City and Sanford area. The bar is owned by an Englishmen named Steve. He's a stand up guy and provides us locals with a great place to quench our thirst and cut loose. All the bartenders are amazing. Where else in this area can you go to a pub that offers a menu full of delicious treats, such as, scotch eggs, fish and chips and meat pies? Also they make some mean hot wings. To top it off the juke box is full of punk rock, rockabilly, metal and hardcore as well as your usual juke box selections. It's nice not to "super search" all the good music. If you are in the mood for other things they have darts, a punching machine and golf games. They have karaoke on Fridays and on Saturdays live music. Go out and have a good time. Looking for the best wings in town and came across this place which is 5 minutes from my house. The wings were solid, offering a good variety of sauces, mild, medium or hot, and you can get them extra crispy which is my preference. I got the garlic Parmesan, medium. They were plump and cooked well. I thought they could have had more garlic and Parmesan flavor, and spicier. My wife ordered the scooter flavor, mild, and the flavor was pretty much Buffalo. They were at least medium on the heat scale, definitely not mild. Very tasty. read more
