Oreo milkshake (large) was a huge waste. And we couldn't even drink it thru the straw so we had to use a spoon. It honestly just tasted like cream. Next time get a different flavor and the taster size. Def too much food with two burgers, side of fries and large milkshake.

The jalapeños added a pretty spicy kick so keep that in mind if you don't like that hotness. Overall, it was an enjoyable meal and the ambiance was very laid back and chill.

Sadly this place just didn't hit all the marks for me based on price and options for me. Worth a try though as I like to visit new spots.

Eureka! Since moving to Santa Barbara I've craved a decent burger and have never been satisfied with the typical options. The Burger Bus not only satisfies, it's quite possibly the best burger my friends and I have ever had. This is no generic burger, each is custom made and the beef, produce, cheese, bread and jellies are all local. Yea, you read that right....jellies. Resist your first impression of jelly on a burger and you'll be treated to a gourmet delight. Arriving with a large group we decided to order one of their creatively named CB&J's (cheeseburger and jelly) and give it a shot. One bite was enough for us to order CB&J's all the way around. Apparently their cheeses and jellies change but we had the firehouse jack cheese and jalapeno jelly with grilled onions on a fresh baked ciabatta bun and it was unforgettable. Speaking of unforgettable.....did I mention they drive around town in a school bus converted into a mobile burger factory? You can't miss the bus and if you're smart, you shouldn't. They have a pretty good Chipotle Burger, and the Pickle Chips are pretty good, if you dip them in the ranch sauce.. Other than that my issue with this problem was the wait.. It just takes way too damn long. The food is cool, the menu is cool but damnn that wait was making me deduct stars (every 15 min another star would get deducted ) (( I actually gave them 10 minutes to make the food, then the 15 min clock started).. other than that good stuff, I will give it another shot to see if it was a fluke or maybe they just take super long in making the burgers. read more

Was at a retirement party for someone a couple of weeks ago and they had the burger bus there making burgers. Great ones! They even had a pesto burger that I really enjoyed. The onion rings are kinda funky though, they aren't really rings, more like slivers. Reminded me of artichoke leaves, but they were tasty just the same. And what a fun concept of turning a bus into a food truck. read more

Owner/operator and her staff and not very pleasant. After forgetting my order, I reminded them that I still had not been served. Promised it would be a few minutes and 10 minutes later still didn't get served. After it finally came no apology or smile. And the burger wasn't worth the wait.
