She truly did the best she could under the circumstances, and it did not go unnoticed. The reason for the 3-star rating is primarily due to the establishment being severely understaffed during our visit. In addition, the overall presentation and cleanliness of the venue appeared neglected, likely from the UFC fight night event held the evening prior. I do want to give credit where it's due though -- Tabitha remained professional, attentive, and hardworking throughout the entire experience.
