So talk about a mess - the food was horrible and we couldn't drink our milk shakes because they tasted of grease from the shake blender. The food took a very long time to get to our table and our orders were all wrong. We ended up leaving and going to the grocery store and buying food and cooking back at the condo. The food is really good. Fresh. Friendly staff and fast service. Kid friendly atmosphere and is a semi-fast food joint, but food is sit down restaurant style type. "Where's FIVE GUYS when you need them for a decent and worth spending BURGER(?)" Okay-having the tv in the dining area is awesome, but doesn't mean that your restaurant is set-it's the quality of the food and quantity- talk about on a budget because the serving size was not decent. This place is over priced for little servings and the food sucks-years ago it was extremely well prepared, decently served to par and properly made with love and care and decently priced but due to over change of ownership the food is low quality and plus it's from Sysco-not what I would recommend for a food industry- Bummer. read more

This is a good place to get decent food that you won't regret. If you are worried about what place your friends are going to see you eating at, this ain't it. I especially love the Burger Grill when Ketchum is busy because it's not a popular "locals" place and it's not trying to be fancy...meaning you can actually sit down and eat instead of waiting 45 minutes. We've come here once this year and a couple times last year and never again. It's tempting because it's right on the main street through town, stays open longer than other places, and with kids you know they'll eat the food. But the prices are crazy high for what tastes like a school lunchroom burger. There really is no flavor in the meat and you end up tasting the thick, dry bread and ketchup instead. The fries were nothing special either, limp and bland. We grill way better burgers at home, but I guess they want a piece of the over-priced Sun Valley pie while thinking people don't notice the poor quality ingredients. $$$$ This is sad to admit, but we all got bad gas afterwards, all six of us....that was fun. No wonder the place is big but fairly empty of people every time we were there. The people were nice though. read more

One of the best burgers I've probably ever ate. The soup was very good as well, a little pricey if you're looking at some of the more expensive patties, but it was well worth it. Staff seemed to be in a slight bit of disarray but we went in pretty early in the day. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone traveling and wanting a solid sandwich. I had high hopes for this place when I drove past, expecting that the burgers would be great. Sadly, that wasn't the case. It's not unreasonable to think that a $13 buffalo burger would be both delicious and accompanied by fries. Clearly, I misjudged reason on both accounts. The saving grace was the lobster bisque, which was pretty tasty and full of lobster. Needless to say, I will not be coming back here... Wow! Best Burger ever. Our family craves this place- we usually eat here 4-5 times during our week long stay in Sun Valley. They used to do 50% off all menu items but they have stopped- doesn't stop us from coming back time after time!!!! Don't let the decor fool you here. This place makes awesome burgers very quickly. They have a bunch of excellent gluten-free options. The service is friendly and very fast. I've never eaten here before this year but realize I have absolutely been missing something pretty solid. read more

My husband and I have been driving up here from Twin Falls for years just to have lunch here. We love the lobster bisque and the turkey, avocado and havarti sandwich. One star is generous! This place used to be pretty good but the burgers are now flat and tasteless and they don't even look real. Yuck.

The food is mediocre at best. Burger patty grayish and tasteless . Burger looked large because of the massive amount of lettuce. The clam chowder had almost no clams. In our opinion, a McDonalds at less than half the price of our meal would have been a better choice. A very disappointing experience. And...I hate watching the person behind the counter refilling the tomatoes at the salad bar without gloves on! A potential health violation. read more

I was expecting better. If you're looking for fresh-pressed never frozen patties this isn't the place. This is Sysco gone wild. Patty was bland and greasy enough that the bun was damn near soggy. The cheese is pre sliced singles and the fries are frozen almost as good as Wendy's. read more

This is sort of an average and forgettable burger place. I got a prime rib dip sandwich, and they charged me extra for the cheese, making it a very expensive sandwich. I've been to this place a few times over the years when I've visited Ketchum. Decent food, and it's quick. We got there with our 1.5 yr old and dog and sat outside with both (an added bonus). We hit this place at least once every time we're in town. They serve up a really great burger. The atmosphere is fun and casual. Our kids like the hot dogs and grill cheese. It can get really busy during lunch, particularly in the high season, but folks move in and out pretty quickly. A bit on the expensive side...add a soda and fries and your well over ten bucks. That being said, I don't think there is a better burger in town. Highly recommended. read more

Good food, The staff could be a little more considerate. I tripped and fell and lost my tray. Someone helped clean but none of the staff asked if I was okay or wanted to purchase another meal. Then they started to talk about the fall in Spanish. Kinda rude. More people speak and understand Spanish including myself. Adding insult to injury.
