I have worked in downtown for over 4 years now, and it's sad to say I've never been here. I have been missing out! I ordered the breakfast sandwich and it was delish! I also got an iced mocha with was also amazing. The staff was beyond nice and had great energy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had some tables outside, which is where I sat but they also had a little inside area with ac if that's more your scene.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely coming back!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The best part of I Love Orlando Cafe is that it is just across the street from Lake Eola Park.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We all know the oft used phrase of "location, location, location." Our server was friendly enough and the food was typical for a cafe or a diner in this area. I will give it four stars overall.

The croissant was amazing! I usually don't like prosciutto but the combo of the prosciutto and arugula was perfect. The strawberry matcha was okay. It didn't have the authentic matcha taste but it was refreshing. I do enjoy coming here. The location is good. Staff is friendly.

    PROSCIUTTO & MOZZARELLA CROISSANT

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is the most whimsical atmosphere I absolutely love it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The music and decor are fairytale esque; definitely lots of cute photo opps.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our server, Bugg, was so helpful with her recommendations and was super sweet and friendly, too!! The prosciutto croissant sandwich was refreshing and delicious. The lox bagel had the perfect ratio of salmon to cream cheese. Also, the presentation of everything was gorgeous.

Was walking around Lake Eola and got hungry so we stopped by the nearest eatery we could find. The cafe is cute and inviting. The place is small, so I could imagine how busy it must get during busy hours. The server was very sweet and friendly. Service was quick for us. We ordered the mango matcha which my daughter fell in love with. The avocado toast was also delicious and the portion was good.

Service was great, location is perfect, food was okay , coffee was delicious. Ambiance was super comfortable and nice. The seating area is small so it can get packed very quickly.

This is a nice little lunch spot right next to Lake Eola. If you're in the area, it's a cute café where you can grab a bite to eat. I recommend trying the 407 bowl; the chicken was very moist, and I added salmon, which was perfect. However, the rice was a bit dry, and I wish there had been a larger portion. After your meal, if it's a really hot day, I definitely recommend the passion fruit smoothie! Also my server Malania was very helpful and made sure everything was okay.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I love Orlando Cafe is a great downtown cafe with a view of Lake Eola.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The cafe was very pretty and picture worthy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We went on a Friday morning so it was not crowded so we received friendly fast service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Outside seating is great if you want to look out to the lake.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food was great for breakfast sandwiches. We both got hot chocolate and it was so good!

    Crispy chicken sandwhich

Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. They unfortunately didn't have any chicken available which was pretty much half the available options - but as we were leaving the server mentioned the fried chicken was now available. We ordered the fried chicken sandwhich, and it was just okay. The fries were underdone, and the bun wasn't toasted. Wasn't awful but wasn't my favorite thing ever. We previously have stopped in for the sangria pitcher, which was good. I would probably recommend this place for breakfast based off of the food options available, or maybe a quick stop for a drink or a mimosa on the weekends.

This was such a nice experience, the food was great, server was kind and attentive, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]has a great view of lake eola[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The virgin mojito was incredible, they're usually a hit or miss but nothing missed here.

    MATCHA LEMON

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute cafe in a great location![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Pizza was great and the matcha lemonade was refreshing! The service was fast, and the servers were all very nice.

    Chicken Pesto Flatbread and Club
    Samantha R H.

Walking over, we were excited to try this little cafe. The ambience was stunning - the corner pink plant has a beautiful hanging effect and provided a nice contrast against the Eola view. For my meal, I got a flatbread and it was delicious! The pesto flavor wasn't overpowering at all and was rather more of a subtle aftertaste. My husband devoured his club and chips quickly. They have some elaborate milkshakes that we did not try this time around, but I will edit my review if we ever do get them! To order, there is just one electric kiosk, so I can definitely see that getting backed up depending on how much traffic they receive in the future. However, after ordering I'd say it took less than 8 minutes for us to receive our food - which we were very delighted and surprised by! I'd definitely stop by again and recommend it to anyone looking for a yummy quick bite !

Ham and Cheese Croissant, without egg even though we ordered it with egg

I've been coming here 2-3 times a week for the…read morepast two months, and the smoothies are usually delicious, with the flavor and consistency I love--except when they're made by the blonde employee. Every time she's prepared my smoothie, it has tasted more like watered-down juice than an actual smoothie. Today was the first time I finally said something because it was almost entirely liquid. She immediately apologized and offered to remake it, which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, even after it was remade, it still lacked the flavor and consistency I normally expect. I'm disappointed because I really enjoy this place and have been a regular customer. Going forward, I'll probably check who's making the smoothie before ordering because if it's her, I'll unfortunately pass.

My New Favorite Hideaway!…read more I'm so excited I found The Smoothie Room! I spent the afternoon there and it was exactly what I needed, a calm, cozy escape. I curled up in their hammock with a copy of The Artist's Way and sipped on their "Recovery" smoothie (which was delicious, refreshing, and perfect after a workout!). One thing I really loved was how health-conscious their menu is. Whether you're looking to refuel after hitting the gym, need a boost before a workout, or just want something clean and nourishing, they've got you covered. So many great options that cater to fitness and wellness goals. The vibe is peaceful, the staff was super sweet, and everything felt so thoughtfully put together. I'll definitely be back, it's officially my new little self-care spot. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and recharge!

Overall 3.75 Stars…read more If you need a healthy alternative to heavy laden carbs or fried / rich foods, then this place is for you. After spending a day at a theme park and eating their options, it was nice to "clean" your body out with a good and healthy salad. Located on Sand Lake road near Publix and multiple eateries, this place has a wide selection of salads, sandwiches, and a limited selection of soups. Ambiance: 3.5 Stars The place was clean and has plentiful seating. Ranging from bar style or bench and tables. It is Deli style when ordering. Go to the back and select the type of salads, rice / couscous, soups, or sandwiches. There are pre-fixed options or you can build your own bowl. The eatery was clean, open and airy. Natural lighting was pleasant with the large front windows. It would have been a higher star rating for the ambiance, but the bathrooms needed some work. Though it was clean and roomy, there was no soap and limited toilet paper. Staff: 3.5 Stars Deli The employees were friendly and professional. Our server assisted us with questions and our selections. However, with the middle Eastern dialect and his ability to speak at a rate of the sound barrier, he had to repeat a few times for us to understand. Note: His patience was much appreciated. Food: 3.75 Stars We all chose several different salads. Three were pre-fixed and one was customized. 1. Shanghai Chicken Salad - 3.5 Stars Roasted chicken, edamame, scallions, almonds, cilantro, red cabbage, romaine perfectly paired with miso sesame vinaigrette Contains: Nuts, Soy I chosen the chopped romaine leaves as the base. It was light and flavorful from the dressing. However the chicken was a little bit overcooked and dry. The condiments were plentiful and fresh. Though it was good and had protein, I felt somewhat satisfied. I could eaten another bowl. 2. Chicken Shawarma - 4 Stars Blackened diced chicken thigh, kale, hummus, baba ghanoush, pickles, Israeli salad with Greek yogurt and tahini dressing. The based options are rice melody or couscous. I chose the rice melody. This bowl was more satisfying than the Shanghai Chicken Salad. The chicken tasted juicy, tender and flavorful. Choosing a thigh instead of breast brings the umami flavor of the chicken. The fresh veggies and tahini dressing was a perfect match for this option. 3. Santa Fe Salad - 3.5 Stars avocado, corn, local jack & cheddar, grape tomatoes, onions, tortilla chips, local kale, romaine, perfectly paired with chipotle-lime vinaigrette with a fresh lime squeeze. My sister added chicken thigh and avocado Chimichurri dressing. She said it was tasty. 4. South Beach - 3 Stars craisins, walnuts, green apples, blue cheese, local mesclun, romaine, perfectly paired with balsamic vinaigrette. My wife added chicken and swapped the walnuts for pumpkin seeds. The diced breast chicken was slightly dry and seasoning was lacking. The salad itself was good but wasn't too satisfying. 5. Customized Salad - 3.25 Stars My niece chose to customize her salad bowl. She chose chicken, romaine lettuces, shaved Parmesan cheese, cucumbers, edamame, and other veggie ingredients. She chose the avocado Chimichurri dressing which she liked. NOTE: they offer breakfast items and coffee. Selection of various drinks are from a deli refrigerator and they carry some Kombucha options too. Enjoy!
