When you arrive to pick the equipment up and find that it is not as described and needs thousands of dollars to make it legal to enter a public roadway, they don't accept any responsibility and don't care. They reply that the buyer should have inspected an item in person prior to purchase. It's hard to inspect an item that is 1000 miles so any ethical dealer will tell the truth in advance. Not here...
