They had to order my hitch, which took a few days to get in but when it arrived it took less they 3 hrs to install. They did a great job and it look as though the car came with it installed. These people are totally unethical and have zero regard for anything other than profit. They sell…read moreequipment and verbally say that it is roadworthy but list the usual as is language on their documentation. When you arrive to pick the equipment up and find that it is not as described and needs thousands of dollars to make it legal to enter a public roadway, they don't accept any responsibility and don't care. They reply that the buyer should have inspected an item in person prior to purchase. It's hard to inspect an item that is 1000 miles so any ethical dealer will tell the truth in advance. Not here...
