Talk about 5 star service!! Thank you Ireland (great sales skills) for taking me on as there was an overload of people there looking for trailers I know she doesn't mainly sell but she helped me a bunch. Angelo the manager waited 30 min after his closing so I could finish financing stuff with a local bank I begged for them to stay open for me and he did without the slightest complaint in his voice. He even moved my trailer out in front of the gates while I coordinated a pick up. Fast efficient and friendly thanks Angelo Ireland and Big Tex team! My new trailer is awesome! Absolutely the worst dealership ever. I had an alignment done twice on my trailer each time it was done absolutely wrong. pick my trailer up to take it on a haul to Daytona after they were finished with the alignment and realized none of my Lugnuts were tightened down which caused a major accident. This dealership has no tax and the managers are terrible. Big Tex needs to shut this location down. Absolutely ridiculous. Run from this place and I mean run fast. read more

bought a new 70DM 7X20 0N 2/20/2019 drove about 18 miles up 75 and both driver side wheels come off. One going over to the on coming traffic hitting a honda accord in the windshield. the other hitting another car in the bumper. called BIG TEX the next morning ..they said for me to call the warranty department. called warranty department 4 times the following week sent pics and all the info. still to this day haven't heard back. charged back on my credit card and they issued me the credit back. I would stay clear of this place they wont last much longer read more

I wouldn't recommend to buy a trailer here !! I paid $22,000 cash for a trailer and the brakes came out defective just a few days after I bought the trailer, so I went back and they said they couldn't do anything about it ! Crazy how they were so quick to take my money but can't fix a defective trailer they sold me. read more

After 15 attempts at getting someone to answer the phone over a 9 day period I gave up an used Craigslist instead.. I spent my $3,500 there and found a nice person (who answers their phone) and a great deal on an awesome equipment trailer. I don't see how or understand how this company survives in the business world screening their phone calls. I'm retired after 40 years managing a successful business in Atlanta. I cringe at the thought of never having answered my customers phone calls and forcing them to talk to a machine. I can safely predict this business will fail. I don't get upset easy and this business did it. if they have more business than employees to answer the phones then you hire more employees.. seems they want their cake and eat it too....their company name and attitude will figure highly in my conversations with friends for some time to come. free advertising. read more

After breaking down on the road when a tire came off my RV and snap the studs, I went to this place after talking to the axle Mfg. I was in a hurry as the road side service was charging me $125 hr. they sold me 5 studs, 5 lug nuts and a grease cap. I drove 20 minutes back to the trailer and found out from the mechanic they were all the wrong size and they charged me but forgot to put the Grease cap in. I went back and the exchanged the studs, got a cap, and swore the lug nuts would now work. Guess what, the nuts were wrong. This place is a JOKE....stay away from here. read more

Do. Not. Buy. Here. There there was a zero star option, I would select it. After two visit and many calls of research, we purchased a tow dolly to pull behind our RV. We got across the country and the fenders were completely cracked and all the electrical compromised. The surge breaks were malfunctioning causing the tow hitch to bend. Our sales guy and even our contract said they were over 70 nationwide locations that we could take this to for service and assistance should there be any problems. We immediately took it to the store in Mesa, Arizona and we're promptly dismissed. They said they don't carry that line, they didn't sell it to us and there was absolutely nothing they could or would do. At this point we are out $1600 and are across the country with a broken tow dolly. There was a family owned store directly across the street who graciously did an evaluation of the trailer- they said we were oversold and they would never have allowed someone off their lot with this tow dolly for the vehicle we were towing and the vehicle we were towing it with. We then called the Marietta location and explained the situation. After 20 calls and voicemails with no return home call we finally got through. Again, we were dismissed. The sales manager explained that once the tow dolly left the lot they are no longer responsible and the only thing that we could do was take it to a certified mechanic and have it fixed according to the warrantee. However, The warrantee was now null and void because we were towing a car that was over capacity at the expressed recommendation of Big Tex and the documentation they gave us. We were forced to abandon the tow dolly at the family owned shop that helped us and sell our car in order to get our family safely back to Georgia. We were stunned at the lack of response and unwillingness to work with us. We asked for a refund or replacement and were flat out denied- with zero accountability or empathy. We would have been happy with a partial refund or money toward an upgraded trailer. read more

My company purchased a new 30ft. trailer from this dealer. 10 days later it needed to be serviced 4 states away because the suspension was falling apart. This was not that big of an issue for my partner and I. I wouldn't necessarily put this on the dealer, things happen. I was extremely bothered to find that the manufacturer includes a spare tire with this particular trailer. Apparently, the dealer pulls the spares off of the trailer and resells them. Extremely shady practice to pull on clients coming in to spend 8 to 10k per purchase, and lose their business over less than $300. We also purchased a hitch that was put into the loan. The dealer then itemized the hitch in the paperwork, basically double charging for the hitch. We went to get the tags for the trailer and the paperwork from the dealer was a complete mess. They had 3 or 4 different dates of purchase for the trailer in the paperwork. I never thought I would feel bad for someone at the tag office, but I started to with the mess this lady was trying to navigate to get the tags. We won't be using this company again. read more

My company purchased a 20' Dump trailer from the Marietta store. The first week I had it the trailer had issues. I took the trailer back for service a week later. No one will ever answer the phone there, when they do and you leave a mess. no one will ever call you back. I had to call their corporate office in Texas to get a answer. It took a week to fix a brand new $17,000 trailer. The Marietta store has the worst customer service. And please hope they don't ever have to order parts for your trailer you will never get them. DO NOT BUY A TRAILER FROM THIS STORE. read more

Don't waste your time! This place never answers the phone and never responds to emails. I tried to get a quote for a new car dolly for two months I emailed 7 times and called and left numerous messages to call me. I still haven't heard anything from them. read more

Agreed not only they never respond or pick up the phone but it's been a nightmare getting the paperwork from them for our trailer they claim they mailed out the necessary paperwork yet we've never received it and now we can get a tag without a title and we need the paperwork to get the title absolutely ridiculous most awful experience I've ever had buying a trailer read more
