Sandy, the owner, is a world class baker. She created the entire spread in the 48 hours prior to the event. It was exquisite and delicious. Delicate, whimsical, gold leaf on the chocolate covered strawberries, this woman knows how to make a table of classy sweets. I asked her if she would be open to an order from California, as I was returning back to my home, and wanted to try more of these sweets. She's the real deal, she said point blank: "What I make shouldn't try to travel three thousand miles. They are better here, maybe a couple of hours away, but that's it.
