Very friendly calm restaurant, they do achieve a calm ambience with a slightly smaller parking lot but that's not an issue. They deserve a bigger parking lot and more customers but either way, they're doing it right here. I got the "fiesta" which was a fried tortilla bowl containing mixed greens, pico de gallo, avocado, corn salsa, cheese, grilled chicken and homemade ranch for $16. Very worth it. While I eat small portions, a normal person should expect to be satisfied with this amount of food. It was everything I wanted in a salad. The waitress was very friendly and polite. I wish many years of open service to this company

It had good reviews on Yelp, so I decided to give it a go. And I'm glad I did. Everything was excellent. The outdoor seating was nice, the workers were friendly, my waitress Jae was very attentive, and most importantly, the fish sandwich was top notch. It certainly seemed to be freshly made and not frozen. I ordered fries on the side in addition to Cole slaw. The slaw was nice and creamy. While I generally don't like battered fries, these were pretty tasty. The only slight negative was the cost. At almost $30 for my sandwich plus a beer, it seemed a little pricey to me. But sometimes you have to pay for quality. I will return.

Our waitress was super great and gave us some ideas on what to order since it was our first visit. Ended up getting the Good Burger and a side of their spaghetti with marinara. The burger fixins were similar to the Golden Arch namesake double burger but soooooo much more meat. It was so ridiculously huge with two patties of burger stacked an inch plus thick that I took one burger off to eat later. The burger with pickles and sauce were just right and plenty of diced tomatoes and lettuce offered some respite from the meat extravaganza. It was a good burger for sure. The marinara on the spaghetti is a little watery but absolutely delicious. I really liked the flavors. This is a nice local place with tons of PA beers on tap. We'll be back at dinner sometime to try those.

We were visiting our son at college and really enjoyed everything we ordered. My only complaint was the noise level--it was very hard to hear each other. If you're looking to catch up with someone or have a more intimate conversation, this probably isn't the place. But if it were just me and the hubby looking for some really good food, we'd definitely be back!

Examples of menu items are appetizers (e.g., mozzarella sticks and pulled-pork nachos), salads, flatbreads, sandwiches, entrees (e.g., salmon and chicken parmesan), pastas, pizzas, calzones, strombolis, cocktails, wines, and beers. Please note that the building has different entrances/exits for the dining room, bar, and to-go. For many years, Rodney's has been one of my mother-in-law's favorite restaurants, so I have eaten foods from here at least a few times. Here are my ratings for some recent foods: Soy Glazed Salmon - 5 stars - The salmon was a good size, was cooked nicely, and had a sweet soy glaze. It was served over flavorful brussels sprouts, carrots, and potatoes. Veal parmesan - 4 stars - Veal tenderloin medallions were breaded and topped with tomato sauce and provolone cheese. I liked that the breading was not soggy. Pecan-encrusted chicken salad - 4 stars - Chicken breast was encrusted with pecan breading and served atop a house salad with pecans, tomatoes, dried cranberries, and mandarin oranges. Grilled chicken salad - 4 stars - Grilled chicken breast was baked in Cajun butter and served atop a fresh house salad with cheeses, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and fries.
