My reason for not giving 5 stars is because I paid extra for the "premium" version of the arrangement, and the delivered arrangement did not have any extra flowers or anything "premium" compared to the photograph of the standard version. This florist took an order from my husband for some flowers, he was sending to me. The next morning, he received a text apologizing for the fact that no flowers ever arrived. They said that they had run out of flowers and couldn't fill the order. They asked my husband if he wanted to cancel the order or if he wanted it filled and he told them to cancel the order and issue a refund. At 10:24 this floral shop sent the order to a florist that was closer to my house, after being told to cancel the order. My husband was told you can't get a refund on flowers that have already been delivered. I called the shop that had them delivered and they had no idea of the backstory. She sent a copy of the order that was sent to her at 10:24 in the morning, two hours after the order had been canceled with this florist. There's a reason they have a one for a rating, if there was a zero option I would choose that. I think the biggest problem on looking at their location is that they are about 45 to 50 minutes from my house and simply did not want to make the delivery after they realized how far away it was. They also screwed the other shop because my husband canceled the payment and that shop having absolutely no knowledge what's going on was going to have to eat the loss of product on the flower delivery. My husband and I opted to pay the florist that delivered the flowers because none of it was their fault. This shop is a scam! DO NOT USE! UPDATE: The business owner has replied to this review with lies. We have all of the text messages to prove the order was cancelled around 8:30 on Tuesday morning and the a copy of the order submitted to the florist who actually delivered the order, time stamped 10:24a. DO NOT BELIEVE THE LIES! USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
