It is very upsetting how I was treated today. I've been going here to get the same coffee for years. I order Cookie about 95% of the time so I know how it should taste. But lately for some reason they're making it way too sweet. I never go back to get them replaced but today I had to. I asked the guy how many pumps of syrup they put for a Medium and he said 2. So I told him to put just 1 pump. I drove away and my first sip was sickeningly sweet. I was confused as to why would this be sweeter than normal when I specifically asked for 1 less pump. I turned around to get this fixed because this is not drinkable and also this is not cheap coffee. The guy offered to replace it which I was thankful. Then he handed me the coffee and said to try it first before I leave. I tried it and it's significantly less sweeter which what I wanted , but he made the coffee extra extra hot that I burned my mouth. He knew that he made it super hot because he gave it to me in double cups. He can't even hold it without burning his hand. The coffee is scorching hot that the coffee even smelled like plastic (lid) . I wasn't rude when I told him the issue with the sweetness so I don't know why he would do this. More than an hour of this coffee in the cold and it's still hot. read more

Why 4 stars? Because the double shot wasn't great, but the Maui Mocha was. --- --- --- We came here two days in a row because we were staying in a nearby hotel. It was nice to be able to go through the drive-thru because it was super cold and rainy. And let's be honest, it's also because I was still in pajamas. I went with a double shot of espresso on the first day, and it wasn't great. I know that this particular order heavily depends on the bean that's used, but I wasn't feeling it. To be honest, I didn't intend on returning, but we were driving right by here the next day and in need of caffeine. I figured I would go with something they were known for, for my second visit. I ordered the Maui Mocha and it was quite heavenly. I've been drinking my coffee black lately, so super sugary stuff tends to hurt my stomach. But the Maui Mocha left me filling like a million bucks! I'm not sure what they put in there, but it's obviously magical and from another galaxy. Lesson learned! This was the first Denovo location that I tried a couple weeks ago, upon my sisters recommendation and now I come almost every day to the Louetta location (it's closer to my house- still out of the way but SO WORTH IT). It was a life changing experience and I am now a little obsessed to say the least. The staff here specifically was so incredible in their friendliness, their fast pace, and the excellent taste and quality of their coffee. 10/10, it's worth the drive- give it a try!! read more

We tried the Charger, Blueberry Pomegranate smoothie and another iced. All the drinks were made perfectly and at a great price. I ordered a plain iced latte and you could hardly taste the espresso; it was flat and lacked boldness.
