Sausage was one of the best sausages I've had (I'm particular about my sausages because you can taste the difference between bad quality meats) and the eggs were perfect. My sister ordered the lumberjack French toast and it was 4 thick half slices of French toast with plenty of egg and 4 long slices of bacon that was crispy and delicious. The entire order was ruined by the experience and I had to dispose of everything and have yet to receive a refund for the entire order. Finding hair in multiple dishes is completely unacceptable and unsanitary, but the customer service afterward made the situation even worse. There was no professionalism, no urgency, and no real concern shown for food safety or customer satisfaction. I believe the Department of Health should take another look into this establishment and its food handling practices. I do not recommend this restaurant based on both the condition of the food and the way this situation was handled.
