It's got this delicious, dense cake that sort of crumbles under your fork, it has almost a biscuity character to it. I'm only trying to make it sound better with that description. It's moist, dense, perfect. I've had PUC where it is more of a sponge cake cake, but there's is on another level. The toppings of pineapple and cherries were equally good and the cake had an amazing caramely character to it. Also not sure if sweet/condensed milk is in the recipe, but I thought I tasted a little in the cake. It was subtle as if they poured a little on the bottom of the box before placing my cake into it. The bottom was perfectly cooked and I got a lot of caramel notes throughout the cake. It had been sitting in the box just long enough to soak up all that delicious moistness, but not so long it lost its crumble or edges. Totally bomb. Totally recommend it! I also want to mention the women that work there are our absolute favorites. We have met 3 or 4 and they are all just entirely pleasant, sweet ladies who always have an engaging story.
