    Mango cake

Solid place for asian style cakes. Tried their mango, durian, and matcha red bean cakes. All the sponge cake is sponge-y, and the durian and mango featured fresh fruit like you'd expect. Nothing to complain about! A+

I requested a hello kitty theme cake and the owner was very accommodating. He told me I could pick any cake on the menu and he would add a plastic hello kitty head on top for no extra charge! Service was friendly, and my 6" strawberry mousse cake was so delicious and beautiful, couldn't be happier :)

The food is very good, but the service is average. I missed the last order because the store was closed- Monday.

I really liked it! The crepes were paper thin, so the layers of crepe and cream sort of melded together in a way that I thought made for a very pleasant texture. The durian flavour was well-balanced, pronounced but not too potent. It seemed like there was actual durian pulp infused into the cream. The prices seem to be on the expensive side. I appreciate the labour that goes into making crepe cakes and also the rarity of durian as an ingredient but I was still surprised that a single slice of the durian crepe cake was $14. I also would have liked some tea to go with my cake but they only sell brewed tea in pots which are about $10 each. It looked like legit tea but I didn't want to commit to the whole pot. Friendly staff and calm environment. Would be a good for a relaxed date night or lowkey small group outing.

I was disappointed to find that thise sampler boxes have been sold out for the entire year! I decided to try the other items instead since I was already there. The girl that helped me was nice and told me the current promo. They have a dine in area as well and it looks lively. Foodwise: Grape passion fruit cake -- a lot of cream, a little cake, a lot of grapes and passion fruit jelly. 7.5/10 Dubai chocolate croissant cube -- I love the layers, I wish it was still crispy but it was good. 9/10 Egg tart -- easily the best thing we ate - so flaky, so creamy 10/10 Saltwd butter roll, pork floss onigiri bread, hot dog bun - these are a lot better when warmed up. At room temp it was just ok. 8/10 If you buy 6 items, they remove the tax. Overall, it was good but nothing exceptional.

The interior feels relaxing and the seats were comfortable. We booked the afternoon tea ahead of time, and it was $68 per person. The set was gorgeous! The presentation had this beautiful forest vibe. There was a mix of sweet and savoury bites, including miso sablefish, chicken skewers, salmon aburi oshi and more. It turns out they have brunch as well! We were saying maybe we should come back and try their brunch next time... but we really loved the desserts and scones here, so I guess it might be afternoon tea again. I faintly remembered that there was only like one water refill at the Parq location but it's unlimited here. My friend and I were like that's a good change. There are some free street parking available down the street.

Reservation: I made a reservation a few days in advance for afternoon tea. The booking process is available on their website and was very easy to navigate. Food: It was also Chinese New Year, so their afternoon tea featured some CNY-inspired savory items presented in a bamboo steamer, along with a yuan bao-shaped dessert. Both the savory and sweet selections were delicious and beautifully presented. I've compared Yandoux Patisserie with a few other afternoon tea menus, and I found that they offer more thoughtfully designed, higher-quality items such as beef tartare, salmon oshi, and truffle mushroom crostini. I especially liked that they only serve one scone, so you're not too stuffed to fully enjoy the sweet items. The staff also informed me that their chef change out the menu regularly based on occasion or season. So you won't be getting the same menu every time! Pricing: The set was $59 per person, plus tax and tip. For the quality they offer, I think it's absolutely worth it and comparable to hotel afternoon tea experiences I've had in the past. Customer Service: The staff was very attentive and friendly. They answered all of our questions and reviewed the menu with us to confirm our afternoon tea set. Once the tea set arrived, the staff explained each item and the suggested order for enjoying them. They also regularly refilled hot water in our teapot throughout the meal. Ambiance: Since it was Valentine's Day, the staff decorated the table with fresh rose petals. They even gave me a single rose stem at the end of the meal, which was such a sweet touch. The entire space is very clean, cute, and perfect for afternoon tea. Yandoux Patisserie is located in a building with a parking garage. Parking was about $1 per hour, which was very reasonable. I will definitely come back whenever I'm in town next!!
