I'm very interested in being fit as I ride big motorcycles off-road and they have a tendency to take naps. Were I not reasonably fit, I wouldn't be able to pick them up. Their scheduled classes offer great flexibility as to when you can work out. They even have additional sessions to focus on Elite training, etc. One thing they don't do. They don't show up for you! I'm a biomechanist and I have coached al levels of competitive swimmer over 50 years; I worked directly with ten Olympians last year. I turn 72 years old next month and can tell you one day at Camp Transformation is worth many months at a place like LA Fitness. I would know if they knew what they prescribe through their microphones as they move from group to group around the room in our circuits. They do. When you walk in the door, they greet you by name. I take advantage of the body composition test you can take, each week. I have gone from 21% body fat to 10%. I could not do a pull up anymore when I started six months ago and now I do 13. I can rip out fifty push ups, etc. They don't leave a part of your body un-challenged and it's the challenge that makes and keeps your bones, heart, and muscles healthy. The different instructors all have personalities and unique methods and exercises, from squats to frog jumps, from arm curls to V-ups, etc. What amazes me is how diverse each person is -- from me, when I came in barely keeping up and many housewives to some pretty athletic people. People are genuinely encouraging each other to do what they could not do the day before. Camp Transformation has re-defined my body and helped me regain a lot of my youth. It's even made me a better coach. The only negative comes from my wife who has to hear about how cool it and I was each day! Ha ha:) read more

The Corona Camp is for certain the best HIIT workout you will get in the Corona / Riverside area. The trainers are awesome, the staff is rad and kind. Everyone knows your name kinda place. I started here doing the 6 week 5% body fat challenge and by staying on the diet and working the program, coming to at least one class 6 days a week I was able to drop 15 lbs and 6.4% body fat. I just successfully completed my first challenge at The Camp Transformation Center, Corona. I'm not going to lie, it was definitely harder than I had originally anticipated. However, the staff was extremely supportive and helpful, in answering any questions, along the way. Going into the program as a vegan, I knew there would be additional challenges that I might face. Update to my review: Completed my 4th challenge and lost an additional 23.9 lbs which makes it 115 lbs down since I started in January. This place really has a great system in place to get you the results you need. The workouts are still challenging even though I'm lighter and believe me, that's a good thing. You're constantly being asked to get out of your comfort zone by the great staff of trainers and that's what helps you out so much. I'm very appreciate of all of them as they all played a huge part in my journey. I will need to complete one more 6 week challenge to get to my goal weight that was agreed upon when I signed up. Whatever happens from this time to my final weigh in I know that the Transformation Camp Corona will provide me with all the tools I need to get to that point. I'm very disappointed in The Camp Transformation Corona location They played me for a fool When I signed up for the 6 week challenge I was told by a young lady named Sarah that I can check in on yelp and I had to check in at least 30 times in order to complete my challenge and of course lose at least 20 pounds Which I've successfully done both requirements Sarah seemed like someone in a moderate or high position so I believed that what she was telling me was true After successfully completing my challenge Sarah and Wyatt asked me if I wanted to turn my $497 into a membership I told them no I want the money back Then Wyatt said I should be receiving a call from Maribel either later that day or the following day I believe Maribel is someone in high authority being that she was the person I needed to speak with in order to get my money back Maribel didn't call that day But Wyatt called me the next morning and informed my that Maribel told him to contact me and let me know that I should be receiving my refund in the form of a check in 2 weeks He said all I had to do was write a YELP review of at least 100 words about the Camp Corona and I said no problem I will do that Later that evening I got a call from Maribel herself Asking me how My challenge was and congratulating me on completing it Then she asked if I checked in 30 times on IG or FB I explained to her that before I allowed Sarah to charge my credit card I specifically asked her if I could check in on Yelp and Sarah said yes Then Maribel said to me unfortunately I have to have a talk with my staff because apparently everyone is not on the same accord but I can't get my money back I have to turn it in to a membership I told her I wasn't interested in doing that And why would Yelp allow me to check in all 30 times plus no one at the center asked me though out the whole 6 weeks was I checking on IG or FB My problem with this whole situation is the lack of communication with your staff shouldn't have anything to do with me I did everything that was asked of me and still got played in the end This was the 2nd challenge that I've completed with the Organization But I will NEVER come back read more

Far awhile now I've been saying I'll get to it or I'm too busy. And finally I had no excuses left. My Wife suggested I try out the camp so I decided to do my first transformation challenge! I am thankful that I did because it is definitely what I needed to get motivated. Nutrition wise it's simple all you have to do is follow the damn instructions (FTDI) and complete your 30 workouts.
