I know there's a lot of negative reviews here and I want to preface this by saying, I was ready to put my boxing gloves on... But, Thank you God, that I didn't. I needed to remove my husband from my account and I was stressed out by this for a few days because I wasn't sure if I could do it in time. I sent an email and I had the decency to understand that business happens. So I called and I left a message and I happen to be in the gym today, so I asked for a manager. Tyler and Armando were extremely helpful. And without fail, Armando took care of my issue without giving me a hard time. As a matter of fact it was fixed soo quickly that I didn't even have time to blink. Tyler was really kind and wanted to make sure I was taken care of so he made sure I was directed to the right manager. I really appreciate it! Want to bench press at 11PM on a weekday? Adorable. So does everyone else in a 10-mile radius. I joined a gym, but somehow ended up participating in a live-action documentary about population density. Every bench is occupied. Every machine has a line. The sauna feels less like recovery and more like a refugee camp for exhausted gym-goers. The parking lot deserves its own reality show. Finding a spot requires the patience of a monk, the vision of an eagle, and the luck of someone who just won a scratcher. The craziest part is the timing. This isn't 5 PM after work. This is 10 PM on Sunday and 11 PM on random weeknights. Apparently everyone in town collectively decided sleep is optional and chest day is eternal. The staff has always been cool, and the facility itself isn't bad. The problem is that approximately 73% of the city's population appears to have the same membership. If EOS ever starts charging admission for spectators, they'll make a fortune because most of us spend half our workout watching other people use the equipment we're waiting for. read more

Don't get hooked read their policy before you even signed anything,this is the worst gym ever they talk to you nice son you think they care about you but no they only care about taking you're money . I was there just to check out the gym they convinced me to join they even introduced me to the gym manager to make me sign . Long story short the gym was to far for me and had to cancel next day , I call them they said no worries we will reimburse you're money in 2 weeks and now I see they charge me two times 92 dlls in the same month. I called them to see why are them still charging me after I cancel the very next day and they said that's what the policy's says that I still have to pay them even though I canceled within 24 hrs. EōS in general focuses on selling membership under the impression that it's cheap. I had signed up less than 15 days prior under the impression I was still able to cancel within 13 days without being charge an annual membership fee. The salesperson withheld the info that I really Only had 5 days to cancel for that to get waive When I went to cancel due to being unsatisfied with my experience, I was now being charged thw $30 monthly fee plus the $56 annual fee. If you like being overcharged for an overly crowded gym then this is the gym for you! read more

Best quality of gym for the price. For $30 a month you get unlimited use of the gym, all the clubs in the nation, all amenities, massage chair and compression therapy and some have cyro rooms. Nessa works at the front desk and is so sweet. Highly recommended joining the gym if you want to change your life. If you sign up for personal training make sure to come in and cancel 30 days before the 4 months ends otherwise it will keep renewing. Other than that I love this gym! read more

We, my crew and wife have been training here since it opened. Since then, I have trained at several other EOS facilities and have been impressed with the care that the staff takes with the facility, specifically with the personal trainers "Training" others how to put their gear away, machine etiquette (Meaning, get on, get it done and get off, not sitting on one's phone, that's not what were here for). Here at the Bedford facility more often than not, I find what you see in this picture, plates put back in the wrong place, dumbells left on the floor, work out equipment left fully loaded and a lot of the time, I see the "Self Proclaimed" Personal Trainers yapping rather than training and they themselves leaving the equipment in disarray. I have been a personal trainer on and off most of my life and have been lifting for nearly 50 years and what I see here is sad, lazy and disturbing. We don't simply lift or work here, we share the facility with others. I always leave it better than I found it, more often than not picking up and straightening out weights and equipment and yes, even educating others about doing the same. EoS - Corona (15th EoS we've visited). Ah yes, another gym review... bc clearly the world was holding its breath for this fitness Yelp saga to continue. This gym off the Cajalco Rd exit has finally opened, and it's conveniently plopped right in the middle of someone's "I'll totally go if it's halfway" motivation zone. Cardio machines are upstairs bc what better way to warm up than with a hike up the stairs before your actual workout? The members are friendly, the staff is nice, and the whole place gives off strong "we don't judge your sweat" energy. But let's be honest... the real highlight? It's dangerously close to Cinnaholic!!! Because nothing says 'fitness goals' like sprinting on a treadmill and then immediately undoing it all with a gourmet cinnamon bun. Update. I received a call back in April. I was suppose to be credited the past few months. Ryan said 3-5 days. It now passed may and June I have not received a refund and I've also been charged my monthly membership for May and June. It's so frustrating and ridiculous. I canceled my membership because you can't even walk in the facility. It's overpacked every second of the day! But there's really nothing to do in South Corona so I get it. Other than that it is kept clean. Only Thing I'd ask is if the staff could walk around and monitor the use of equipment. There are too many instances where teenagers or people in general are just hanging out with their friends and hogging up the equipment when others who are on a time crunch have to sit to grab a set or ask. Gyms shouldn't be this packed. Headcount should be monitored. read more

My boyfriend had the Will Power membership where he can bring a guest for free. Upon us checking in this past March, Mike Hansen with the sales team approached us with the family plan membership and assured us that we had a full month to "try it out" and cancel. I messaged him on March 30th intending to cancel and was ignored. I'd stop by and wouldn't see him and so I'd call and leave messages for the front desk to relay and never received a callback. I have records of all this. I've since called this location as well as ABC Fitness several times and was still responsible to pay now TWO monthly dues, despite my numerous attempts to cancel more than a month ago. Everyone I spoke to said conflicting messages. Shame on the sales team and especially Mike Hansen. These scammy practices are illegal post Covid. Worked out at EOS Fitness in Corona today and the gym looked pretty spanking new! Equipments and the facility looked super clean inside and a pretty big gym with tons of machines! The restroom was pretty clean as well and a nice vibe to the gym. Will be back in the future for sure! read more

Gym is way over packed. I came in to activate my pass and they told me that nobody was here that could activate it. I came back the next day and waited over 40 minutes. Gym is massive but so packed that almost every piece of equipment is in use. Outside of that, all staff members are helpful and professional. read more

Let me begin with why I am no longer a member. I noticed I wasn't charged for my membership so I called to verify. After going back and forth, I was assured that my membership was still active. I went to the gym and surprisingly found some equipment available. Went to scan my thing and it said inactive! Okay! But not okay! I went to the front desk to inquire. I was told there is a note that my "boyfriend" came in and canceled my membership! So apparently anyone is allowed to walk in and cancel your membership without your consent or even confirming with you. How is this okay! When asked if I can reactivate it I was told "unfortunately not." Absolutely ridiculous. I became a member before they opened. This place is always packed. The towels are cheap so don't pay extra for that perk. Staff is rude. The good staff no longer work there. Don't bother going to this gym unless it's 2am! read more

This gym may be new and clean, but the front desk customer service was seriously disappointing. My husband and I came in for a tour as part of a 7-day pass, and the staff simply had us sign in and then left us sitting on the couch with no further guidance. It wasn't busy--there are no other customers and he had another person with him--yet Noah (his name) didn't acknowledge us, make eye contact, or explain anything about the gym. His demeanor came off as disinterested and unwelcoming, as if he didn't want us there. I had to initiate and ask whether we were waiting for someone, and when I asked about a promotion I had seen, he flatly replied, "I don't know, I don't want to give you false information," without any effort to follow up or help us find the answer. No enthusiasm, no friendliness. That first impression made our decision easy--we left and likely won't return, even though we live nearby. There are plenty of other gyms in the area, and we're already members elsewhere through work perks. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one missed the mark. read more

Turns out I couldn't get into the gym Same day due to someone calling off work and couldn't confirm my pass or something crazy. The line to get into the gym was like Disneyland. He explained the work out and what it does. After the session, and the amazing experience I had with Joseph, I signed up for a trainer. Joseph worked with my budge and fitness goals. The place is nice enough looking and the parking is great. But I stopped in and asked if I could see the heavy bag area. I was politely told (and I'm not being condescending here. The employee at the desk was pleasant and seemed very nice.) but I was told no. I have to sign up. Then speak with a sales associate. I explained, but I would like to see the area and if it would work for me. Do you have a photo or can you just stand next to me while I peak around the corner? Again. No. We need you to give us information and speak with a sales associate before we can show you anything. I'm good. This could have been an annual membership paid up front and I'm happy. But I'm not giving a number and email and getting a 55 minute sales pitch to see the gym. As is, when showing interest. I already get a few emails, text and mail weekly. I'm not going to elevate that to get even more. So EoS, as a person with 15 years gym experience, from instructor. Desk. Sales. Management. Group training. Private training and everything to maintenance and cleaning. Take my advice. If a potential member asks, hey can I see this for 10 seconds. Don't stick to the, you need to hear our sales pitch. Sign up. Look at a brochure. Just say, yeah sure. Let me show you. If it last longer than 10 seconds. Say sorry, you gotta do X and y. Just the rules. But if it's less than 10 seconds. As stated. Just go with it. I've worked in places that charge significantly and had ridiculous sign up fees. But that quick courtesy gets people in the door and wanting to stay. However, now I'm out the door and I'm good. If anyone is in the area. Reign fitness is expensive. Sort of. Depends on if you've ever paid jiu-jitsu, cross-fit, Muay Thai memberships. But if you're just working out. Reign in dos Lagos is better. Heck. Planet fitness is probably better. So don't get upsold and cornered and sign on to sit through some awful awkward sales pitch. read more

I didn't enjoy touring the place. The front desk staff were nice, but I was surprised by how rude the salespeople were -- no eye contact and they didn't seem to take me seriously. One of them even took my photo after I agreed, but I made it clear I wanted to try the 7-day free trial first, as advertised on their flyer. He clearly wasn't happy about that and ended up calling another sales rep, who was a bit more respectful. In the end, I'm glad I didn't sign up. They advertise $9.99 memberships, but once you're there, you find out that price only gives you access to very limited machines and areas. That's not right. No thank you! read more
