    This is my first boot camp ever. I have not exercised in over 3 years with the exception of walking. As an older person who has done aerobics, Zumba, and yoga over the decades, I've discovered exercises and muscles I never knew existed. The camp offers HIIT that includes cardio and weight training. This has been a wonderful learning experience. The trainers are very accommodating offering "modifications" for folks with any type of restrictions due to prior injury. The key is to speak up and listen to your body. Be sure to bring a towel and get ready to work your body. If you stick to the program you will definitely see results! Thank you to the trainers, classmates and staff. I would have given 5 stars but it's virtually impossible to complete any homework without weights at home for the hardbody challenge. Opening the facility for those of us who need to use the gym in addition to the class would be a definite plus.

    I completed The Camp's 6-week hard body challenge and I am excited to have seen so many great results. I attended the classes 5 days a week and took all of the trainers classes. The trainers are all very encouraging (and tough) and help you with modifications if needed. For this challenge, they gave me a diet plan which I actually found to be even harder than the workouts. It's very limited but that's how you see results. The good thing is that you're consuming a lot of calories a day which is how I gained muscle. It's just very boring food so that was the hard part. My plan now is to try keeping up with my progress on my own and then to do another challenge in a few months. During these 6 weeks I was able to lose over 5% body fat and gain 2 pounds of muscle! I would definitely recommend this challenge to anyone who needs a jump start that wants to see progress. BUT you have to be ready to totally commit or it will not work.

    I just completed my first 6 week challenge. It was a huge success do to the awesome diet plan they provided, the very informative team that was able to answer all my questions I may have had, and because of the amazing trainers that pushed you and kept you motivated through the entire workout. The group of people you workout with is a great mixture of beginners all the way up to advanced athletes who can help you stay motivated as well. If I wasn't moving on to the military and leaving for basic training soon I would be signing up for another challenge to push myself even farther. Thank you all for helping me achieve my goals and holding me accountable!!

    Didn't even know this place existed until a friend of a friend posted a story about sweating here. I was going to scroll down but decided to visit their Instagram page. I am glad that I did. I saw the ad for the 6 week weight loss challenge. Decided to sign up and see what it was about. I hate going to the gym before coming here. I didn't know what I was doing, what equipment to use or how to use it. At the camp you get more than what you expect. You get a trainer, you get a team and family that support you and motivate you. You get to do fun and exciting exercises that trick you into wanting to do another class the same day! You get a variety of trainers and most importantly for me, different class times that can work with my schedule. I never EVER thought o would enjoy and look forward to waking up at 4:30AM to attend my 5:00 AM workout class. I used to refuse it, and go after work to workout. But wow, I love the 5AM classes now. I workout and get my day going, pack my food for the day get ready for work. When the work day is done I can go home and relax... or sometimes I find myself in the mood for another workout class!

    The camp transformation is high intensity 50 minute workouts. You worked your whole body out some days are lower body some days are upper body some days are core. It's been great to get focused and to have a trainer helping me through the way.

    Just finished another supremely successful Member's challenge at The Camp! It wasn't my second (or third ) challenge since becoming a member a couple years ago, but it's the one I have the most motivation for. I gained 30+ pounds with my second pregnancy and need to fit into my wedding dress next summer! But I'm not worried and never had ANY doubts that I would have success because I KNOW that The Camp WORKS! I lost 27.4lbs in 6 weeks! And I'm looking forward to doing another member's challenge right away...gonna see how far this motivation takes me! I know I can reach my goals with the help of The Camp. So grateful for this place.

    5th Challenge Review: Holy Moly and I really reviewing a FIFTH CHALLENGE!? lol I never would have expected that I'd not only make it this far, but hit so many important milestones too. This challenge was much more difficult than prior challenges but I focused on the advice from the trainers which included things like carb cycling and continuing to do extra cardio and in the end it all paid off! The biggest milestone I met this challenge was losing over 100lbs. I never ever ever would have been able to of done that on my own. I am so grateful for The Camp! I also moved out of the 200s and now weigh in the 100s and can't believe how close I am to my goal weight. Regardless of what happens with my next challenge, I am so proud of how far I've come and so happy to have met all the great people at The Camp.

After the first 3 months training here, I ran the fastest half marathon in Nov last year and beat my Personal Record of 12 years ago by 12 minutes ! 3. As a long distance runner, these classes help me to prevent injuries by building up my muscular strength and balance . 4. I am a busy working mom that has no time to train in the afternoons and evenings. His early morning workout schedule works perfectly for me. I started with little to no experience in lifting weights, interval training and martial arts. Despite training as a group, he was very accommodating and adjusted exercises to my limited abilities. His workouts are challenging but he knows how to push me without pushing me over the edge. I honestly didn't care for his combat cross-training class which I would skip from time to time.
