Straight from their website, "at the corner of Roland Avenue and 36th Street. We are located in the rear of the Historic Hampden Hall building, with our entrance off of the rear parking lot." I was walking around that building for a bit before I found them, haha. If you see Truist along 36th Street, it's on the other side of it. We carry all kinds of crystals, candles, and, yes, even cauldrons. In addition, we have a selection of over 100 tumbled stones, incense, oils, herbs, sterling silver jewelry, books, journals, faeries, figurines, wall hangings, tapestries, wind chimes, hoodoo kits, holy water, note cards, art prints, artist embellished prints, stickers, swords, athames, tarot cards, angel cards, bags & more!" and "We offer tarot readings, angel card readings, astrology charts, and animal communication readings. These are available by walk-in or appointments." It's a cozy shop with ALL THE THINGS! I was browsing all the different items, there are really so many... and so much that I've never seen elsewhere! Very unique and niche. There are different 'walking altars' around the shop for different things. I asked a worker about this, and she explained to me the different purposes for them. I thought that was pretty cool. I decided to ask the staff for recommendations for a gift to a coworker. They expertly suggested to me different things that had different purposes and explained them to me. They were so knowledgeable! I decided on a door hanger made of selenite and black tourmaline crystals. This offered protection, grounding, and balance. They also explained that selenite is a softer stone and to avoid getting it wet as water could break it down. Something I would've never known! I included that information with my gift. Thanks to the awesome staff for helping me with my purchase! They also had a spinning display with different cards. The one that said "Kind People Are The Best Kind Of People" really spoke to me, so I got that to include with my gift. I like that it's a one stop shop for all your needs :) Will definitely return here when I'm in the area!

We brought cupcakes, chips, other snacks, drinks, and all the plates and forks and such we would need. They staff did all the prep and clean-up, though (we helped), and they were really amazing throughout the entire event. Their candles are soy based and have a wooden wick so it's not toxic for you compared to other candle brands. There is a smell for everyone; they have floral smells, sweet smells, fresh scents, and they even had Halloween scents. I would recommend this store to all my candle lovers and you can find a great gift for others as well. The sales rep was friendly and informative! It's a great addition to old town Manassas. FYI: the candles with glitter... the glitter remains and does not evaporate so your candles will remain shimmery!

We had a girls day out and decided to visit Reminiscent for their candle making class. You can either purchase tickets ahead of time on their website or walk in to the class if there are spots available. It was a very nice experience! The ambiance was chill and relaxing with the whole vibe of the class being 90s R&B and Hip Hop inspired. We were able to pick the glassware for the candle, there is one type included and for a slight up charge you can pick a larger vessel for your candle. The class is relatively simple and Ashley (the awesome owner) will walk you through the process of picking a scent, naming your candle, and then step by step creating your own unique candle. Once the class is completed it takes about an hour and a half for the candle to be ready for pickup. The shop is located in an area with tons of restaurants and other stores so it's a good idea to walk around or grab food while you wait. There is also a shipping option. I would definitely will return for another class!

The second time I went, we made candles, then sang karaoke; we had a blast! On my third visit, we made our candles, but ran out of time and weren't able or engage in other activities unless we paid an additional fee. She showed us around and explained that the candles are all eco friendly, and that you can bring in your empty jars to get refilled! She makes jarred candles, but also decorative varieties like tea cup candles, "beach" lanterns, and candle holders. I got the English Garden jar candle, and it comes with a local Lewes shell on it, so pretty! The candle smells amazing and has a slow burn, which is great!
