I don't leave reviews, but this review is extremely warranted and worth my effort. Let me preface this review with I'm a retired police officer who doesn't trust anybody. Prior to that I worked in the family auto repair and transportation business. I know cars pretty well. My wife had a Lincoln MKZ years ago. She loved that car for some reason and every once in awhile would check the internet for another one. Last Saturday she sends me a Lincoln that The Car Guys had online. The car had extremely low miles for its age and the same price as others with triple the mileage. I thought to myself it's a unicorn or a scam. The she told me the dealer was in Staten Island NY. I apologize to anyone from New York for the following comment. Being from just outside Philadelphia, with a typical attitude problem, I said to her, "There is no ******* way we're buying a car online from some scumbag New York car dealer!" But I had to know of it was real. I checked their social media and reviews and they were all positive comments. It showed that they cared a lot about their reputation and business relationships. So I called first thing Monday morning and spoke with Alex. Alex provided an extremely detailed description of the car and offered to FaceTime me and walk around the car. I didn't attempt to haggle over the price because if the car was as he described, it was a really great deal because we couldn't find anything close to the condition or price for months. Alex was very forthcoming, helpful and, which I discovered at delivery, extremely honest. This transaction was absolutely flawless. I spoke to Alex on Monday, Tiffany the title clerk on Tuesday and Anatoly on Wednesday when they delivered the car free of charge to my driveway. The car was exactly as described, if not better. I was waiting for the other shoe to drop in the process but it never did. Alex proved to us that HE is a rarity in the car business. Never has a car buying purchase been easier. I was referred to Edwin at "The Car Guys" by one of my best friends. He actually had already leased 3 cars through Edwin. When I mentioned that I was looking to lease a car, he said that I had to talk to his guy. So I called Edwin and told him exactly what car I wanted. He was even able to figure out a way to cash out the equity on my existing lease. Since we were under mileage, the blue book value was higher than the trade in. He worked with his wholesaler who actually purchased our old car. He was able to locate the car I wanted . He had one of his drivers come to my house and pick up the old leased car. I couple hours later, he returned with our new car. I never had to step back into the dealership! He made the process completely seamless, he took care of the plates, the insurance, etc. I would almost describe it as a car leasing (he does purchase too) concierge service. Best of all, I did my homework and he got me the best deal hands down. No dealership I spoke to, and I looked to a lot, came anywhere close. I would absolutely recommend Edwin and "The Car Guys." I recommend getting your car through "The Car Guys". I had the pleasure of signing my Lease for a 2016 Lexus GS F through Mickey Medina. I called every car dealership and brokerage leasing firm on google from the 5 boroughs and "The Car Guys" didn't only give me the best deal they set me up with all the details necessary and more. Mickey gave me his personal number and allowed me 24 hour contact. He rushed the deal to my benefit because my rental was near expiration. Not only did he locate 4 cars with the exact packages I asked for which helped garuntee the deal, I had dealerships calling me back promising it was either informative or fake. After signing the deal for exactly what we agreed upon and not having any problems afterwards either, I now know that there is no point in going to any other company for a car. Called this place on a whim after seeing a friend post an ad on FB. My lease wasn't up for another 2 months, but I just wanted to see what my options were. I had already called a couple of other places, but they were all pretty mediocre in terms of customer service. Some sounded like they were already sitting on millions of dollars and could care less about the car I would need in 2 months, and some never even called me back at all. LOL. Cool, great job guys! Anyway, back to The Car Guys. From the first phone call, I already knew I'd be getting my car through them. What an awesome staff. I'm definitely not the easiest customer to deal with, but they were extremely patient with my never ending questions. I ended up terminating my lease a little bit early because they got me a sick price on an Infiniti Q50, and I didn't want to miss the deal. But the best part was that they literally had a car guy come pick up my old car from my house, return it for me, and bring me my new car the following day. Woah! lol. Referred to Lenny by a coworker, after a week of talking to him, he was able to get me a 2018 Infiniti q50s at a rate that I would have never gotten at a dealership. He worked out all the insurance, plates and registration details. Within the end of the week, he dropped off my new Infiniti to my place and took my old car to the dealership. "The Car Guys" made it extremely convenient for me, I didnt have to haggle prices with a salesman and still feel that I might have gotten ripped off. They gave me the lowest rate out of all of the inquiries I made at the other infiniti dealerships. They also provided me with a variety of car options if i couldnt afford the car I ultimately leased. The final touch was Lenny and his driver delivering my new car, and not being blindsided by extra fees. Best Car Leasing Experience Ever!! I leased a brand new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Edwin a few months ago. Not only was he able to get me the exact car I wanted (cream leather interior and all), he was able to get me my car for $100 less per month than what I was paying for my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited (lease was ending Jan 2018.) I was amazed! I even have "friends" in dealerships that couldn't get this deal for me. I did my homework and know that without Edwin, this deal would have been impossible. He is so easygoing and knows the car business so well ,all the ins and outs. If one deal falls through no worries cause he will make sure you get a better deal with the next try . The Car Guys are amazing. My wife and I went to different dealerships to see deals and test drive cars as her lease on her Jeep was nearing its end. The hassle with the dealerships was not a great experience. Some of the salesman were ok, some were completely nasty when it came to making the deal.
