For starters I traded in which what feels like a mistake a perfect 2013 Honda Accord for a 2010 Camaro ss. I'd like to mention that it has only been 28 days I did not buy the warranty because I was fooled that these were good people .since I've purchased the vehicle a few days after purchasing my starter begins to go out and my harmonic balancer falls off!! How those should be torqued to the point that it's almost impossible to come off. Sure they fixed it but then a week or so later my rear strut starts to clunk take the wheel off turns out one of the bolts was forced in and stripped and was sticking out halfway brought it to their attention and was told they can't do anything since it's normal wear and year makes sense not! lastly I go to start my car up Friday now the car is knocking bring it to their attention and at first they say alex will be back at 2 to work with me I call at 2:10 and it's oh I don't think alex is coming in today very inconsistent with their word finally get a hold of him and at first he says we like to take care of our customers so more than likely we can fix that knocking then sneaks in a no promises so he talks to his gm and his gm's only reason on why they couldn't fix it is because it's been longer than 15 days? So you sell your customers cars that are problematic left and right and don't even care to take care of them? We purchased a vehicle from them and it has been a terrible experience since that day. The car has so many issues that have come out. There were already known issues that were supposed to be fixed. Only one issue of many were fixed. They have even been to cheap to put on new wiper blades as they were supposed to. There is a sign in the lobby that says EVERY car comes with a 2 year maintenance plan. But that is not true and when I told one of the salesmen about it during a test drive and he said that he knew but it wasn't true and continued and said that it was like false advertising. I explained that it wasn't like false advertising it WAS false advertising. He said that he would tell his boss. I suggest that you look elsewhere. This is the worst place ever to buy a vehicle. We bought a f350 there for $22,000 and it was out of service for 5 month out of the first year. Needed to have the engine replaced after 8 month, luckily the extended warranty paid for it. Now the transmission is failing as well. Tried to trade it in yesterday, that dealer turned our trade in down saying it is too much of a gamble. Now 14 month and $22,000 later the truck isn't worth anything anymore and we are stuck with the payments. Alright so I had some issues with my first purchase. I took the car in to get an alignment just four hours after I bought it and the mechanic said it would take around $1k to fix since it was in such bad shape. So I brought it back to the Car Lot and Roman assured me that it would be taken care of by their mechanics. He kept me up to date with the status of my car and a few days later I received a call from the manager, Rinat that my car was ready to be picked up. I was still a little shaken by what had happened earlier so I scheduled an inspection with a local repair shop that I trust, MPG. In their 83 point inspection they said there was nothing wrong with this car! Rinat, Roman, and Chris helped me without ever once giving me the cold shoulder or ring around. I'm extremely pleased with their customer service and work ethics. They didn't have to do me a solid like that, but they did anyway because they knew it was the right thing to do and I really appreciate that. I came in to test drive a bmw I was going to trade in my rubicon and then they told me I couldn't test drive the vehicles. I was here to do business and then they didn't want to let me test drive a Subaru. Which is insane to me. I don't drive crazy, and I don't have a bad driving record. I'm guessing whoever showed me the tundra a year before got mad I didn't buy it and made it to where we couldn't do business. The people at The Car Lot were friendly. Marcos was our salesman. Shortly after we bought a 2014 VW Beetle the check engine light came on. We took it into Chapman VW to get 2 recalls taken care of. They told us the check engine light was on because the charcoal canister was cracked and would cost over $930 to replace it. We can't pass an emissions test until it is fixed. How did The Car Lot pass the inspection? Did they turn off the check engine light to sell the car? Additionally, we were told the oil filter housing had a severe leak. Over $1300 to fix. Run away from The Car Lot. They are dishonest cheats and will not honor their promises. read more

Not sure about this dealership yet. We bought a 2016 Hyundai Accent 9/18/2020 and the very next day the check engine light went on. They told us to drop it off and that it was probably just something minor. They replaced a part and now 9/27/2020 the check engine light went on again. The business manager told us to drop it off again and that it's probably just something minor again. If your thinking of buying a car here, unthink it !, Do not believe a word they say even if their tongue is notarized. 1st lie "they check all their cars out" really? yet on the car i stupidly bought every high beam light was burned out, the water pump leaked, All 6 ignition coil connections need replaced as does the ignition coil itself and the trottle body. I had to immeadiately have the timing belt and spark plugs replaced. I was the stupid one that didnt have the car checked out, i was blinded by the smooth way it drove. I only took one star off because i accept some blame on this poor POS. The rest of the stars are removed because of the biggest lie of all the joke of a 15 day warranty. The day i bought the car the check engine light came on, i immediately called and was told oh thats the gas cap and its on order, a week later the cap comes in and they "SAY" they changed it yet within miles the light came back on. so back it went and after they had the car for the day they SAY that some sensors were bad, the say day the light comes back on so i was asked to check what trouble codes it was throwing, The actual real problem was the catalytic converter. They then had the nerve to tell me oh well the warranty is expired now there is nothing we can do. This from a problem that occured on day 1. I am hoping a judge will see things as i do and force them to fix the issure. I have already put in 4k on repairs and wish i had just bypassed the "deal" and bought a newer car to begin with. read more

Went today to check out a very clean 2012 Ford Fiesta that was advertised online at an outstanding price. They gave us the car basically for the day. Told us just don't lose the dealer license plate and have fun! We took the car to our own auto mechanic and had it inspected. It had three minor repairs that needed to be made and the dealer made no hesitation, they set up and paid for all the repairs to make the sale. The car is a ridiculous good deal! 26,000 miles and way below other dealer prices. Even our loan was financed at an incredible 3.99%! We will definitely consider business with these people in the future. Also word of mouth to our friends that this is a great place to purchase a reliable previously owned vehicle. Took the car back after I stopped the check. It was the biggest lemon ever... and they knew it. The test ride had been a farce. Addendum 8/3/2018 Owner called me at home after he responded to my review in Google, demanding that I " hear him out", which I didn't! The time to look after customer satisfaction WAS when I took the car back and I was told everything would be fixed and it wasn't! He chose to give me my stopped check, I just wanted the items fixed. And I wanted to know the truth which became pretty evident when the white paint started to wash out, and the red oil lamp kept coming on even although there was oil inside the engine, when the back camera did not work and the humming noise coming through the vents grew louder when the A/ C was turned off! All of which happened shortly after I took the car out of the dealership. I was told to bring the car in so they could look at it. The same car that apparently passed their multiple inspections at their " certified dealership". I asked the salesmen why the owner was not fixing the problems, that is when the true condition of the car was finally confirmed. Really? After I told the owner not to call me back he called me again. He was told I would call the police if he carried on and he said he would keep calling my number, which he did from three different numbers over and over again. He also left an telling message with a veiled threat. Somehow Google had buried my comments where they cannot be readily seen. In fact most of reviews in Google read like scripts to me. The only negative comment is mine? If you want to read negative reviews read Yelp, where other folks wrote their grievances against this dealership. The histerical attitude the owner displayed against me was nothing but intimidation. It is pretty absurd that a business owner would stoop so low to harrass someone with a valid opinion. His kind of behavior may be more acceptable in Russia where he and his associate and his yard hand come from but it is hardly acceptable here in the USA. Google ought to verify that comments are indeed coming from people that have bought the products. I would rate my experience with my salesman, Alex M as excellent. He was and continues to be patient and quick with any explanations I need. When I couldn't decide on a car, he chose a couple he thought I might like. One became my purchase. Also, excellent to finance manager, Hamed was very hands on and prompt in assistance. He worked diligently to get a good rate and lower deposit. I give them both 5 stars on customer service. However. On a scale from 1-10 on satisfaction with my purchase, I give a 7. Being a novice car buyer, I would have liked to have been better informed of things not standard on the car such as; spare tire, jack, CD player, tire sensors,and lift gate button on key fob. I looked in the manual not realizing these luxurys were not included. I should have read the features more closely. I would also have been comfortable with a 30 day rather than 15 day warranty. Word to wise with any purchase when buying online, be vigilant to be sure every thing works. I have to replace a leaky washer reservoir at some point after buying a tire, jack and tire sensors. I wasn't aware cars don't have spare tires and Jacks anymore. I've learned a lot of new things from my service team at The Car Lot. Went to look at a Competition Orange 2016 Mustang. They said it was clean and no accidents. One look and the rear bumper cover was sticking out on the right a bit. You could see paint chips in between the rear bumper cover and the trunk. Confirmation was the gas tank: There was orange paint all over the inside of the gas cover and it was missing the emergency gas filler nozzle. It was such a shotty paint job too. Never again! WOW! Drove 1.5 hours to see a car that in less than 30 seconds we figured out it had been in a serious rear end collision. Oh, opened the trunk and the inflater kit was missing. HERE'S YOUR SIGN! This place seems to be a rip off. Grand daughter bought a car and had to take it back with in their tiny warranty period. They werent very helpful and said their mechanic will look at it. She got it back and still had same issues but was reluctant to take it back. Now out of the warranty but maybe covered by the extended warranty she bought from them she took it to Midas. Midas was great but told her the extended warranty didnt cover the problems they found. Told her she should take it back to where she bought it. Owned car only a few months. Back again to Car Lot and again their mechanic was going to look at it and fix the original complaint but nothing else. They had car for 4 days and said it was ready. Within an hour of leaving same problem. Car continues to die and stall. Now they say they wont fix anything. Come to find out they dont have a mechanic at all and take cars to an oil change place for work. Grand daughter called that place to see if they had done any work on the car and no they hadnt. Car is unsafe to drive. I think they are liars and cheats. Be warned. Single mom with 2 kids and now making payments on a car that is not dependable. I purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX in mid July , the back hatch needed a replacement part which had been ordered. Two weeks later I was asked to bring the vehicle in to have the replacement part installed. My vehicle was sent off site to a repair shop, I had to make several follow up phone calls to Marco to ask about the repairs. The customer service/communication was horrible!! After 7 days without my vehicle, I went to pick it up. The hatch worked well (for a couple of das) and my vehicle was detailed, however I noticed they had used 1/4 of a tank of gas? It was full when I dropped it off! The following morning I noticed ALL of my personal belongings were missing?? Gate/garage opener, umbrella, window shade, phone charger and chains around my mirror! I called and Marco said he would call the garage. Again 2 days of phone calls, I was told they were not responsible for personal property? I was given the name of the shop that did the repair, because now the hatch is not operating property. They has been no answer, after looking them up online, the property is "For Sale" and no longer in business! I am now left with the repair cost of fixing the hatch.....I would NOT recommend them. They were paid cash for the car and never followed through with after service. Zero care given and customer service was Terrible! read more
