I had three reclining chairs and one sofa cleaned today - the reclining chairs were covered in cat hair, dust and general grime and the white sofa hadn't been cleaned since we bought it years ago, so you can just imagine the kind of state it was in - coffee stains, cat fur, mud, newspaper ink... it really needed a good clean! They did an absolutely super job cleaning everything, very meticulous. They carefully cleaned all sides of the furniture, pulling things out from the wall to get even the hidden dirt. They didn't miss anything, and my cats are thrilled by the number of lost toys they found underneath the furniture. Almost all the stains are out of the sofa now, and the few that remain are mere shadows of their former selves, and were such bad stains to begin with that I never expected them to go entirely. I'm so pleased with how nice it looks. The chairs look fantastic, even the twenty year old corduroy one which was extra grubby. The people they sent to do the job were really nice people too, very fun to talk to, and it was a pleasure to have them in the house. Hi!! This was my first time getting my carpet cleaned since we moved into our home 6yrs ago... we had pet stains, dust, and our carpet looked old and worn out from our foot traffic.. Luis and max were very courteous and professional. They did a superb job.. I purchase your pet stain removal as well.. I do have to admit that I let my small dog into the bedroom and he urinated on the carpet.. boy was I upset!! I used the pet stain removal and viola the urine stain came out!! Being in health care I understand the importance of having clean carpets and upholstery as they act as filters by trapping dust. I have the carpets and couches in my home cleaned yearly and the carpets and furniture in my office cleaned twice a year. I only use The Carpet Cleaning Guy! I've used and recommended this company many times. I don't have to move anything, they do it all. I had a carpet I was going to replace and decided it was cheaper to have it cleaned. I could not believe that they were able to make the carpet look and smell brand new, I had 4 dogs walking on it all the time. Ken and his staff were wonderful to work with. They cleaned my family room sectional which had some stains on it as a result of my kids and our pet. I called and spoke to Kenny because I had poop on my couch. He wanted to give me an appointment for the next day, but when I balked, he gave me an appointment for the same day. Then, he called me back and asked if the cushions were detachable (which they are) so he came and picked them up and returned them the next day looking good as new. Although I thought the estimate was a little pricey, I decided to use the company based on the reviews. Luis and Max were the dream team. Polite, friendly, and not at all creepy. I have used several carpet cleaning companies in the past... This one really WOWed me by the level of the service, professionalism, quality and the pricing... Although they say they are not the cheapest , I found the pricing to be very competitive. Oh and they come in to the house wearing the booties... How nice is that! These guys are great. I'll gladly use them again as well as recommend them. They were on time and did a great job of removing all spots that could come out. Of course there were stains that didn't come out but a stain is different that's spot. Stains actually change the color of the carpet kind of like if you got hair dye on a white shirt. It won't come out in the wash. read more
