Rick was able to replace the carpet with a section from a closet in our basement (but if you have extra carpet on hand that apparently is ideal). He also fixed a seam that was visible in our carpet which I had hated but didn't know how to fix. He patched the section he took out of the closet with a section of carpet of his own. It doesn't match but we didn't care because the closet is filled with storage items and honestly will never be seen. Regardless, the patch work was very well done. Rick was super nice and efficient and a perfectionist. I so appreciated this because you can't even tell the carpet was patched at all! He also gave us a quote and in less than a week was able to come out. Highly recommend him and if anything happens to our carpet again--knock on wood--we'll be calling him.

They were sloppy with their work itself, messy throughout my entire home inside and out, lazy to a whole other level. Lazy is probably the perfect way to describe the work actually - nails from existing quarter round were left in and new quarter round was tacked over it so that we have nails sticking out all over our living room. Scratches were made that they refused to fix (claimed they couldn't fix aka wouldn't re do their mistakes) so now we have a brand new scratched floor (which they tried to say "well It isn't that bad!" Hahahahah) I can't even believe my experience so far. I feel tricked and trapped. Now what am I supposed to do? Pay someone else all over again to redo all of the many many mistakes and failures of this company?? Stay far far away. In this area there are so many quality contractors to choose from. Learn from my mistake and do your research and read reviews from real people like me before you spend your hard earned money on this type of crappy work.

I had this company install wood floors on my first floor about 1.5 years ago…read more When the installation crew arrived on the first day I had coffee ready. I also bought them lunch on the first day. During the installation the installers went thru my garage, without permission, grabbed two extension cords and one broom (which they took with them, but later returned). They damaged multiple walls and left a HUGE mess. On the second day, one of the installers was upstairs urinating in the main bathroom - with the door wide open. When my wife came out of the bedroom there he was peeing! After the job was completed the installer was supposed to come back and fix the wall damage and paint the areas where they left black marks. They arrived an hour late (actually, the installer was doing side work at my neighbor's house. He went there first and then came to my house - hence the late arrival). When I expressed displeasure, he turned around and walked away. So, I fixed the damage and back-charged the company. The next business day the manager called me and really, really yelled at me. Literally. He felt that I was trying to rip him off. Not because of the back-charge, but because I wanted them to come look at the job before I paid them the remainder of the money - less the backcharge. I'm not exaggerating about how bad this guy screamed at me (I think his name was Chuck, but it was over a year ago). Apparently the installer made up a story about how my wife barged in on the peeing installer because she was looking for me, and then they said that I was yelling at them - but I wasn't even there that day. Once I got the manager to shut the f#ck up and listen to me he changed his tune. Summary: average workmanship, awful customer experience.
