This place exceeded our expectations. We're a Swedish family of five, traveling the South. We stopped at this Junction to have a quick lunch. The service was excellent, the staff helped us order and told us we could add anything we wanted to our "spuds" (stuffed baked potatoes). At our table, which was clean as the rest of the room, people around us asked who we were, where we came from etc. A guy from the team even gave us free chips with dip. At the end of the meal, the owner gave us free T-Shirts, to "promote" people from Sweden coming to Mississippi. Genuine Southern Hospitality, definitely worth a stop before visiting swamps around the area. (Also the potatoes were delicious. Share with a partner if not in a starving mode)

The friendly staff make his a great place to grab Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner. The menu offers several choices including, salads, baked potatoes, sandwiches, chicken tenders, and burgers. This is also the only place to get an ICEE in Carthage. The facility is always clean and it is easy to get in and out of.

Enough seating for two or more people. Service 3 Stars - we arrived around 1:30 to avoid the lunch rush and both cashiers were counting their till so we had to wait before we can ordered. We ordered two lunch items. Meal: 3.5 Stars Philly Steak and Cheese Poyboy w a drink. So, the cheesesteak comes as a Panni sandwich, flatten down which is odd. It looked like it was ran over with an Asphalt roller. I don't know if my employee requested that way or not. I wish I took a picture but he was all ready devouring it. Burger : 3.5 Stars w fries and drink. I had a burger with a fried egg on it. It was good and juicy but the fries were ok. Some of the fries were partly cooked in the center. As I was eating my meal, I noticed on receipt I ordered two drinks which I was charge but when I paid for the items, the cashier charge me an extra drink on a separate ticket because she thought she didn't think she charge me on the original order. It took staff members to fix the issue and I was refunded for one drink. So make sure the cashier repeat what you ordered. Fortunately it wasn't too busy and they were able to handle the issue immediately.

The catfish plate and chicken dinner plates are classics, and the portions are HUGE. You definitely won't leave hungry! The location is convenient, right on Pearson Road, which is one of the main roads through Pearl. There's indoor seating as well as an outdoor seating area under a covered awning. Inside is casual and comfortable, with the walls covered in photos and memorabilia featuring local people and Jackson-area history. It gives the restaurant a lot of personality. If you're looking for a locally owned place with big portions, good food, and genuinely friendly service, Frisco Deli is a great lunch spot in Pearl.

The location may have changed but something that has not is the quality of food and service. I have been ordering the exact thing for years and it's as delicious today as it was in 1986 We moved away from Pearl in 2018 so I rarely get over here. I was excited to see the line was not backed out to the street since it was 1030 so I grabbed my turkey and provolone on an onion roll with mayonnaise, mustard, lettuce, warm. The fries were extremely fresh and hot. The sandwich was amazing. And to top it off is the service. They have always had the friendliest people who make you feel better when you leave than when you arrived. Through the years and when the kids were little, we enjoyed their chicken tenders, and I have also had the ribs. I've never had anything from there that was not delicious and fresh. There's nothing like a family owned business that has been around for years and still serving up quality and great service The inside is always super clean and even though there is a line at the drive-in, it moves quickly The very fact that all of their employees have worked for them for double digit years speaks volumes to the character of these owners
