Her website took my money without having the inventory in stock. When I called to cancel the remaining 2 pieces (I really couldn't use those 2 pieces without the others) she (Myrna) got nasty with me complaining that she had 200 sales and she didn't know if she had enough inventory until her orders were processed. WHAT? How did the inventory get on her website? How ridiculous and then she told me I had no right to be angry when she had 200 orders to fill. WHAT? She had my money for 4 days! Her website took my money but she couldn't be bothered to update her inventory before her sale. Then she hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Just don't do it. There are so many wonderful quilt shops ti choose from. A Quilters Choice isn't one of them.
