Do I dare say I found my new favorite burger spot in Lincoln? I know it's a bold statement, but…read moreit's true. Discovered HF Crave by word of mouth, thanks to my in-laws. I ordered the blue cheese burger and sweet potatoes tots. The burger was bangin'. It was packed with flavor, I love the onion straws in them. The sourdough buns were to die for. The sweet potato fries and tots were so fresh. It tasted as if they picked the sweet potatoes from the garden that day lol. We ordered the cheese curds and spicy corn nugs as well. 10 out of 10 recommend for all my burger lovers out there!

I had a disappointing experience at HF Crave today, June 26, 2026…read more I ordered the mushroom burger and specifically asked if it could be made without onions. The server confirmed that it could. However, when my meal arrived, it was missing not only the onions but also the mushrooms. After I brought this to the server's attention, the manager said they would make it right. A replacement was brought out, but it was served without a bun--just the burger, cheese, and mushrooms on a plate. The manager then explained that the mushrooms and onions are prepared together and cannot actually be separated. Had I been told that when I ordered, I would have chosen something else. Unfortunately, while eating the replacement, I found a hair on my burger. I notified my server, who was courteous and promptly took the meal back. Although the kitchen staff examined the burger, the manager never returned to apologize or address the situation personally. The restaurant did remove the cost of the burger from my bill, which I appreciated, but I was still charged for my Diet Coke. I understand that mistakes can happen, but the combination of inaccurate information, multiple errors with my order, and the lack of follow-up from management made for a very disappointing dining experience. I appreciate the professionalism of my server, but based on this experience, I will not be returning or recommending HF Crave to others.

Just flew home from a trip and didnt feel like cooking…read more Husband brought me there for dinner. We made a reservation at 630 for 7 pm and we made it there in time We were seated promptly after glases were placed at the table we were to be seated at. Ambiance was upscale. Dimmed dining room- suitable for a romantic night. But we also noticed a lot of families as well. In the middle of the dining room I noticed a little tree-like ornament. It looked very pretty and added to the ambiance. Hubby ordered a beer whilst I ordered a rainbow sherbet margarita. Drinks came pretty quickly. My drink looked very pretty- Its more tart than expected and im ok with that. There was also a strong raspberry taste though no raspberries in sight. So if you're not comfortable with tart drinks please avoid this drink. I ordered duck on the specials menu that came with green beans and sweet potato mash and my hubby ordered steak with onion strings and mac and cheese. Food took some time to come. Presentation was beautiful for my duck. Flavour was good for the duck. But even the pictures I attached showed that one part of the duck was undercooked. The other side was a tad overcooked but edible. The undercooked part cannot be cut even with a steak knife. The beans and the sweet potato mash was cooked well. Otherwise. It was good. They took it off our overall bill though. That was really nice of them. We then ordered desserts. I got a berry tiramisu, and hubby got the chocolate cherry manhattan. My tiramisu was good. Could be a little less sweet- as mentioned earlier i like tart-ish stuff. But it was still light and fluffy. Hubby's chocolate cherry manhattan was a little strong. But could be improved with a better balanced taste profile. We had a wonderful experience despite the slightly undercooked duck. Appreciate our young server very much. She was an absolute delight. And apologies to her- we forgot her name. She made a potentially bad experience a good one. We will be back.

So glad we…read morewent, the exhibits are very well documented and span the range from missiles and bombs, to drones, bombers, tankers, fighters, helicopters, and lunar modules from WWII onward and even a prototype Artemis lander. Flight simulators, a theater continuously screening space and air related films, and lots of activities for the kids plus some outside exhibits and benches for enjoying the view round out the experience. The entrance to the museum is beautifully constructed with a SR-71 Blackbird hanging from the ceiling. Many of the exhibits were very unique aircraft including a Quail decoy for the B-52 bomber, one of only 2 XF-85 Goblin parasite fighter escorts ever built, an EC-235C Looking Glass lying command center, a B-58A (one of only 6 remaining) mid range bomber which was the first bomber to break Mach II, first to have stellar-inertial nav and first to have a stainless steel honeycomb structure, and the B-36J was really unique with 6 pusher engines plus turbojets - the largest bomber ever built, plus many more items.

When we checked in, we were the only ones participating in the private experience. The intern working there, I believe her name was Kara, was very friendly and did an excellent job explaining everything throughout the tour. This experience is advertised as an "interactive, hands-on experience," where you get to meet some animals that aren't included with general admission, such as the capybara, kangaroo, fox, porcupine, and raccoons. Most of the other animals can be interacted with during the regular experience, with the exception of the animals mentioned above and the wolfdog. The description states that the tour lasts 90 minutes, but we completed the entire experience in about 40 minutes. That may have been because it was just the two of us rather than a full group of six. As part of the safari experience, you're able to choose one animal to spend an additional 10-15 minutes with, and we chose the fox. I do wish they had mentioned at the beginning of the tour that the foxes tend to be skittish. Had we known that, we might have chosen a different animal for our extended interaction. They also provide a bucket of food so you can feed some of the animals during the experience. Overall, we definitely enjoyed spending time with the animals and learning more about them. However, in my opinion, the experience is priced way too high for what is included. While it was a fun and memorable visit, I personally don't feel it was worth the $125 per person cost.
