First they didn't acknowledge me then when I finally got their attention they acted like they didn't even want to help me. Here today and my kids and I were basically accused of stealing. We are brown, we are able to pay for what we need, and we have been here multiple times. NEVER AGAIN! My nephew took one of the Labubu Coke Blind Boxes from the shelf and later decided to not get it. We later went up to ask where the nearest restroom was and was then asked by the cashier, "You guys took three of these. They aren't here. Where are they?" I responded, "We did not take three of them and my kids and I do not steal." My sister later went back with my son to put back the one my nephew had and the same staff member said to her, "You guys took more than this. Where are the others?" She replied again, that we could pay for them if the kids really wanted them and reiterated to him that we did not steal anything. The look on my kids faces... for what? My kids do NOT steal and to be accused because why? We are brown? Because we were the only colored people to touch those things? Other people were there too. Train your staff better. Wow they have so much awesome stuff here, not so much new stuff particularly but everything from PS4 days and older going all the way back to Atarti 2600 and Odyssey2 consoles and games, plus all the models/action figures going all the way back to the 1989s, clothes, VHS and cassette tapes, DVDs and Blu-Ray discs, records and CDs, etc. Absolutely filled with nostalgia throughout the store. My wife took my daughters to check out the store. When my seven year old daughter had to go to the bathroom, the employee was very rude and made her go to another store. Nobody greeted them or even acknowledged them. Not to mention, everything is overpriced. You can buy things brand new for the prices on their items. Customer definitely needs improvement. read more

I wanted to sell a few items. Apon bringing them in the staff was short and not friendly. i left my items to be looked at but when 9pm came along and they had not reviewed them i asked for them back as i did not want to leave them over night. The employee kept trying to talk me into leaving them but i stuck my ground and got my items. After i got home i noticed a bunch of my stuff was missing. I called the following morning. The employee who answered was short and rude and said she would review the tapes. After 15 mins she called me back to tell me that my items were never touched she watched from 4 different angles and they were not touched. It's impossible to watch 4 hours of tapes from 4 different views in 15 mins. When i asked if i could review the tapes w a manager she told me no and there was nothing more she could do and hung up. Iam 100% positive that they removed my items from my bags. They are theifs and should be held accountable!!! read more

Been to this & the other 2 locations in the area and I have to say their comics are way overpriced for their condition. Not sure why they think a comic that has bends & spine damage is worth more than $ 5.00 beats me. These aren't even rare comics I'm referring to either. I suggest going elsewhere like your local comic shop and look in their dollar bin. You'll probably find the same comics there for a buck read more

Very nice store with a great selection, the issue is a lot of it is priced a little high for used items. Sometimes above MSRP. The staff is very friendly and you can find a lot of obscure items here though. 40k/Minis are in the very back and have some okay prices but you'll find better on discount retailers. read more

Wow!! Make sure you have a sometime before you stop. Best thing ever they are open until 10 pm. The store has so so much stuff. Clothes, music, shoes, hats, belts the list goes on and on. Very inexpensive. I walked out with 3 bags FULL of clothes for $80. Nothing is in order so that's where the time comes in. It's a lot.to go.through. People are pretty nice. The cashier was the sweetest. I will absolutely be coming back time and time again! OH AND ANOTHER PERK....no fitting rooms but you have 7 days to return and you get your cash back no questions asked! AMAZING!! read more

The absolute worst record store in the area. When they first opened they had some decent gems hidden amongst the rows of LPs in the back room, if you could find them. Lots of stuff put in the wrong section by genre, out of order alphabetically, and rows of albums are just a mess with nobody pushing the stack back after thumbing through and no employees seeming to care why it's bad form to leave them like that. No "recently added section", so you have to waste tons of time thumbing through loads of junk to maybe find a decent album or two. Some of their old stock is still priced "reasonably", but lately whoever has been pricing stuff is just looking up what the highest averages are going for on Discogs without even referencing the exact matrix runout or taking into account grading. For instance, I got scolded by this young employee who probably doesn't even own a turntable for opening and inspecting without explicit permission this "valuable" Led Zeppelin II album they keep in the corner of the front room by the registers (I had asked many times before if I could inspect the albums up there and it was never an issue). Anyways, this supposedly rare and valuable Led Zeppelin II original pressing did not have the RL SS matrix runout and I would conservatively grade it at high Fair to low Good. I would not pay $20 dollars for that crappy post Robert Ludwig pressing scratched to all hell, but they got it in their minds that it's worth nearly $200 dollars. Yeah, good luck with that buddy. I've seen other incorrectly identified albums in their "good section" as well and I feel bad for anyone who doesn't know how to look up the actual pressings that shops there. Buyer beware for sure. If you are serious about vinyl do yourself a favor and go to local shop owned by people that actually listen to albums and are knowledgable in it. read more

They leave stickers on the box that show they purchased the item at other discount retail stores and then market it 4 times the retail price. Me and my brother came in just to browse around, and I saw they had 3 loose booster packs. They looked sealed and so I got them... the cardboard was glued back together, and the packs were indeed ripped. (Vivid voltage and astral radiance) Best part the cards were random. Some cool, nostalgic toys, figures, games and pop culture items. Some new but most are used and not in very good condition. Most are overpriced considering the condition they are in. Also they buy BUT offer very little and they resell them at a very high price point. I've gone in to see what they can offer for several brand new Hot Toys Marvel die cast collectible figures ranging from $300 -$700 and a bunch of funko pop and was offered $90 cash and $120 in store credit. What a joke. I'd suggest selling elsewhere not unless you're desperate for cash. As for customer service, I couldn't tell you. If standing behind a counter, look at you and look away, not acknowledge customers then I'd say customer service is not a priority. read more

Sometimes, I'll have a product I bought at this location that I never got around to using that still has the original sticker on it. When I feel like I don't need the product anymore, the workers at the cave usually let me exchange the product for something else of equal or lesser value, greater as long as I pay for the remaining amount. However for some reason when I tried doing that with a Nintendo Switch Lite, the workers not only denied me a return as it had been a little over 7 days, but they denied my request to exchange it for another product. I normally would understand this denial, however there was nothing wrong with this device, and I had even returned it in better condition to when they sold it to me. When I had purchased it originally, the thing was filthy and covered in oils and hairs. I cleaned it up and played it for a few days but ultimately decided I wanted to trade it for a regular switch. I can't understand why this was such an issue. read more

I have to say, I love The Cave in other locations, but not this one. They do have lots of items but almost everything I am even slightly interested in is overpriced. How can you price things above retail price? There are plenty of places to find the same item for a cheaper price, plus a lot of them from the store are used items too. Not worth it. Service is the lowest of the low. I tried selling them some unopened product worth around $1000 and was offered $57 or $75 store credit. I was going to be happy with $500ish because I know they have to make some money. Definitely try to pace this place and go to Fire and Ice down the road. read more

This place has a great selection of records, cds, cassettes and collectibles. I purchased a few records my first time here. They were great. But the second time I came in I purchased a Dreamcast gaming console and it didn't work (I'm going to attempt to fix it anyway). Third time going I purchased a Homer Simpson landline phone. Again they claimed it was tested and worked. I got home and went to test it, found out the C battery's were never removed from the phone from 2006. It was never tested and the battery's exploded at some point between 2006 and now, leaving a huge mess and after cleaning everything (as much as I could) its still not wanting to work. These items were sold to me a market value. So far I have over 3 hour of work into cleaning and trying to fix the problems with the untested items. Pretty unfortunate considering they claimed they tested both the console and the phone. Not sure how I feel about this place. Also there's rarely someone on the floor to help you check out and item. Had to look for the same guy 3 times to check something out. read more

Beware of all those Mitchell & Ness baseball jerseys hanging from the ceiling. Most of them are fake knock-offs. I bought a Seattle Pilots jersey which I assumed was authentic and seeing that it was selling for $400.00 online on Ebay. After taking it home and examining it closely, the logo and lettering was not matching with the real one. Even though I got a full refund, selling counterfeit goods is still illegal. read more
