It took a year with a lot of serious health issues due to the failed surgeries . I was in communication with this practice regularly letting the surgeon know something is very wrong to be seen again stating it looks normal. I would not recommend this practice. I went for another second opinion to a specialist in Maryland who saw the problem right away and immediately got me in to complete a very intense surgery which was 100% successful and the area has fully healed since that time. If you as a patient are having issues after a surgery there or after having an implant, be sure to go for a second opinion. I'd encourage anyone to not ignore your pain/symptoms just because you are told it looks normal. You are your best advocate. My life and health would not be the same if I did not. The Facial Surgery Center's public mission statement of having compassion and treating their patients with the utmost care was not true in my case once the facts were provided regarding the failed implant/surgeries. The surgeon who performed my surgeries was a very nice guy. I just don't think this practice has the right skills and expertise to perform at a safe level.

Keep in mind, she is a minor, a 13 year! she left her phone with me because we were told they shouldn't take too long, lo and behold. It took them a half hour to put in the numbing shots. They then proceeded to leave my 13-year-old daughter alone in the room for an hour and a half. When they returned to remove the teeth, it had been too long that the numbing had worn off. They then had to reapply the numbing medication. It then, AGAIN, took them awhile to return to the room with the surgeon, that the numbing was not in full effect it was starting to wear off. They then proceeded to rip out my daughter's teeth and she was screaming due to the pain. I don't know about you, but I would never send my child to this establishment again. They let her alone in the room for hours, forgot about her multiple times, and the cherry on top her teeth out while she could feel almost all of the pain. shame on this medical practice!

They will harass you with multiple text messages and emails to confirm your appointment. It's obnoxious. The front office staff is not very welcoming, but the Drs are nice and seem to care about their patients. Much of the work is done by assistants and not the dentists themselves. I would suggest choosing a locally owned dentist and support your community.

Before I even walked into Aspen Dental in Greensburg, I sat in my Jeep and had a moment. It's been a long road just getting to that appointment--mentally, emotionally, and in life. But from the second I walked through the door, Brooklyn greeted me with kindness that felt genuine not forced, not rushed. Just human. And in that moment, that mattered more than anything. Dr. Cignetti and the rest of the team carried that same energy all the way through. Every single person I interacted with treated me with respect and empathy. Not once did I feel like "just another patient." And that's what stands out the most, empathy. They didn't just do their jobs... they understood that people walk in carrying things you can't see. Two weeks later I'm still in pain from a filling. Never had this problem in the past. Still…read moresensitive. The guy doing the drilling is rude and doesn't talk to you. Looked at me like I was stupid then he had a full on conversation with the other girl that actually filled my tooth during drilling..before that there's no warning of the needle going in. i just don't think you can pay attention if your talking no matter how many teeth youve worked on. Front desk was rude too didn't have answers to simple questions. They told me false information saying I needed four when I only needed two. Supposedly I couldn't see these holes in my teeth and had no pain I almost feel like they just used me for my insurance. I'm just 100% in more pain then when I went in.

We waited, we wanted to USE HIS Insurance benefits on his work. They never did it correctly so we had to pay the full sum out of pocket!! ‍ -After we spent $20,000 with DR K! -I believe ALL this occurred bc he had office staff that were embezzling? -Dr K called us asking if we could go to OUR Bank to get a copy of our $18,000.00 CHECK to see WHERE it was deposited! IT DID NOT GO IN HIS ACCOUNT! -It was DEPOSITED into an employee's Account. We went to our Branch Manager, then TOOK Banks copies to him, out of courtesy, kindness, as one should. -Still, Dr Kovacevic turned us over to collections for hubs work after we went out of our way to help. -I am unaware of what happened w his employee, the funds.
