They will harass you with multiple text messages and emails to confirm your appointment. It's obnoxious. The front office staff is not very welcoming, but the Drs are nice and seem to care about their patients. Much of the work is done by assistants and not the dentists themselves. I would suggest choosing a locally owned dentist and support your community.

Before I even walked into Aspen Dental in Greensburg, I sat in my Jeep and had a moment. It's been a long road just getting to that appointment--mentally, emotionally, and in life. But from the second I walked through the door, Brooklyn greeted me with kindness that felt genuine not forced, not rushed. Just human. And in that moment, that mattered more than anything. Dr. Cignetti and the rest of the team carried that same energy all the way through. Every single person I interacted with treated me with respect and empathy. Not once did I feel like "just another patient." And that's what stands out the most, empathy. They didn't just do their jobs... they understood that people walk in carrying things you can't see. And they met me with patience, respect, and care every step of the way. What could have been a stressful, overwhelming day turned into something I'll actually remember for the right reasons. Dr. Lovette takes the time to be extra careful. I, like some people, loathe going to the dentist. I even teeter on the edge that I am afraid to go to the dentist. I often picture the bad guy from 'Little Shop of Horrors' when I think of a dentist. Not Dr. Lovette, he frequently stops what he is doing to make sure that you are fine and then proceeds. He knows all the little techniques to distract you so that you aren't thinking too much about whatever procedure he might be performing. A little perk if you do come here. Majority of parking is metered and they are strict with the meter reading. If by chance you forgot to bring quarters along with you they have them inside so you do not get a parking ticket. Where else could you go that would do that for you? Love when they go the extra mile for you.
