Big scam, spent 45 bucks to get aura photography and it wasn't even a picture of me and the lady was just speaking bullshit to me for 3 mins then almost had me leave without the papers. I had to wait 2 hours to get 3 mins of talking about trains and a bunch of meaningless paper. Will never come again. There is a better crystal shop down the street with a nice man named Diego who actually knows his shit and everything costs less. This is one of my favorite crystal shops. I love how they always get new inventory. I have a rather large crystal collection, and I always find crystals there that I've never seen before. The other night I stopped by after work to find a few crystals to help balance my energy. I ended up getting an aura reading too. I was surprised at the level of detail and how accurate it was for me. I stopped by this location on my last trip to Laguna. I heard many things about it and I really wanted to check out the store. The store has a good vibe and it's nice a clean not cluttered with a lot of stuff all over the place. I would give it a four star possibly even a three star due to the fact that the girl there didn't really seem to know much about the item I was purchasing or either didn't care or wanted to help me ‍. I've stopped to a few other stores and usually the store clerks or possibly even owners take pride on acknowledging the customer where the items come from, there properties and how they could be used. The whole experience was mundane. We came in walked around the little shack for about 10min before we were greeted. We scheduled an appointment and wanted to go in to feel the vibe see the shop prior to the appointment. When we got there nobody welcomed us once we "checked in" for our personal appointment for our readings it was so general. Once our readings started it was so general I didn't feel like it was a personalized experience. Neither my partner or myself resonated with our readings. Our guide was not able to help us or explain these things just repeated the same thing. We both paid for the whole experience, but it was not what we expected. This weekend was my first visit to Chakra Shack, but after years of recommendations from a friend, I was excited to go. The shop itself is small, organized, a bit overpriced and a bit wanting in selection. They had all the basics I would expect (spirit board, stones, sage, incense) but I was hoping for more. We arrived 15 minutes early for our appointments with George and I'd looked through everything within 5 minutes. My friend and I both had a reading with George and I'll only speak to my own. He was insightful, charismatic and quick-my 30 minutes flew by and I feel like we covered so much. He missed the mark on a few things, disagreed with me on a few things but he's human. For 25 dollars, this place sold me a fake Sterling silver ring, it wasn't even coated. I asked the female cashier's if it was real, they said yes, wrong. My husband and I visited your new store yesterday and were excited to visit. Our excitement was quickly taken away by the lack of customer service provided by the young sales girl and the guy (whom I believe was a reader). My husband, new to healing stones, was asking about the names of a few beaded bracelets that caught his eye. Neither of them wanted to help him and told him there is a printed card he could read. The only positive aura left in this store is the dog which greeted us. We used to make a day of going to the beach and then visting the Chakra Shack. It is a shame the new store did not bring the quality customer service with them. Very disappointed. read more

I was charged twice for the reading and be careful if ur from another country and ur paying with a credit card. I received a Chakra/Aura reading as a birthday gift from my housemate, I was pretty surprised by the results. The girl that assisted me and took my aura photograph was very sweet, she gave me loads of information regarding what each color meant/represented. The Aura chart/photo was pretty accurate and although not as aesthetically pleasing (just a printed out paper) I was overall happy with the results and experience. We traveled to Laguna for a long weekend from KC. The minute we pulled in to town I spotted this shop and knew we would be making a stop during our trip. We have been looking for healing bracelets and needed some assistance. That is what we got and more. George, one of the readers happened to be at the desk so he helped us. I cannot even try to put into words our experience but he knew things no one outside of my family would know and he knew what I needed as well as the rest of my family. We all walked away with bracelets and necklaces. Maybe it is a mental thing but I will say I have been a different person since wearing these bracelets and so has my daughters. I cannot say enough praise about this shop. We had a wonderful woman help us find our items while explaining things to us and offering suggestions. She never rushed us and was so patient with us all including our three year old. If you are a skeptic, go in and give them 5 minutes of your time, it will change your life. I'm a teen and I had a very bad experience with the costumer service here. The Chakra Shack is a beautiful place. I always enjoy stopping there after a walk on the beach. I had one problem; costumer service. I was not pleased with the 2 sales women there when I asked a simple question. A while ago I purchased 2 beaded bracelets there. They were a few beads bigger than my wrist so Saturday I went back with my mom and some family friends. I talked to the 2 sales ladies at the front desk and said, " Hi. I bought 2 bracelets here a few months ago and they were a little big and I was wondering if you could take off a few beads." They both looked at each other and one lady, with an annoyed look on her face said, "No." She offered no help whatsoever, and I was extremely disappointed. I doubt I will be going there anymore because of the horrible costumer service. read more
