I did a survey and it must have been sent to the store, as someone named Sharon called me. She asked me to send her the picture, acknowledged that some of the flowers were "jostled" during delivery. She tried to downplay the fact that the arrangement wasn't what I ordered. She offered me a %20 discount! I'm totally dissatisfied. I told her this, she reiterated her "offer". I wasn't satisfied, she abruptly ended the call, said she was trying to help. That's a joke! Don't use this florist.

Handy location on the corner of the named streets, and not far from Book Loft and Stauf's so a nice little trip if you have time and interest for all three. Two rooms filled with soaps and candles (and other items) they make themselves. Sometimes they're working when you walk in, which is cool to watch- and to smell. And the scent drifts outside, making it fun even just to walk past. Staff (owners I assume, plus maybe a couple of others) are always friendly and helpful. There are many different scent options, and product options. They change up a bit each season, so worth stopping back every few months.
