My cat had some bad matting on her stomach and I needed to have her shaved. I found Whitney on line and she's the real deal. She is a certified feline master groomer. Piper looks amazing and feels so much better. No more pulling from the mats. Piper was calm after the grooming because of the skill from Whitney and her gentle touch. Ordered from the Pineapple Cat store and OMG! My cat is short haired but after moving north in fall, this shedding season has been particularly heavy. She loved this comb and it was SO effective, it felt like she had already had a bath after only a few minutes of quick brushing. Whitney did an AMEOWZING job on my 14 year old tuxedo kitty who has never been officially groomed. When I went to pick him up, he was supurr soft, his fur glistened, and he looked like a new young kitty. I especially loved how she got his paws so clean - he's an indoor/outdoor cat and I have never seen them this clean before!! Plus, she treated him so lovingly and gently, which means a lot to me. We traveled from Kentucky for a week at the beach and this was an extra special treat. We'll def be back!! read more

Took our cat to The Charleston Cat Groomer today for "soft paws." The staff was so nice and our cat didn't seem the slightest bit bothered by what was going on or where she was. This is very refreshing as kitty tends to be pretty nervous and vocal when she leaves the house. Highly Recommend! read more

I just moved to Charleston and was nervous about finding a groomer for my Persian cat, Birdie. The ladies at Charleston Cat Groomer were INCREDIBLE! They had a last minute opening and got Birdie in. She was a little nervous from the move and did incredible. I love that they have you come for the appt and your cat doesn't sit there all day waiting to be groomed, which can be stressful. Birdie looks better than she ever has from a grooming AND is happy as a clam. I will definitely be back! read more

Simply the best. Our Belle has been getting groomed here ever since we moved to South Carolina and she has never looked better. It's hard to get her to go out of the house but when she gets to the Charleston Cat Groomer it's like she's back at home, so relaxed. I've tried many types of cat shampoos over the years but nothing compares to how good this one smells and how soft and clean their fur feels afterwards! We took Miss Kitty in for a shampoo. Miss Kitty is an older and outside cat during the day. She followed me home one day during my walks. We adopted her. They were unable to bathe her because she was anxious. I called back because they charged full price. I spoke with a calm voice and was professional in expressing my thoughts. However, I was told that Miss Kitty was in the worse shape of any cat brought in for a shampoo. Miss Kitty is an outdoor cat and an older cat. The vet told us two months ago we are a doing a good job taking care of Miss Kitty. This person laughed at me and said our cat was very unhealthy. These statements were determined by someone who is not a vet. The disrespect and language was abusive towards me. Not taking Miss Kitty back. read more

Whitney is AMAZING. She truly loves each cat and caters to each cat's personality during treatment! If they need the hair blower set on a lower setting to feel comfortable, she takes the time to do it. Whitney has been in the business a long time and our Daisy always comes out with a perfect cut.
