I love The Cheesecake Factory. Do we have these where we live? Yes. Do I still go while on vacation? Yes! Everything is always delicious - food, drinks, dessert. I always have a hard time narrowing down what to get, but some of my favorites are Orange Chicken and Chicken Marsala (not sure what they call it). In Miami, I wanted some comfort food. We had just returned from a cruise where the food was not the best, which made me even more excited to see a Cheesecake Factory. We came here two days in a row for lunch. The first day, we had the Southern Fried Chicken Bowl and the Asian Tenderloin Bowl. They were both very good, but I would say the Asian bowl was superior. The second day, we started with the nachos, which, honestly, was the first time I was disappointed by any of the food here - they just didn't live up to the expectation. I stopped by for dinner with my friend Michelle this weekend. The company and chisme? 5 stars. Normally, this is one of my favorite chain restaurants. It has been pretty reliable, and with generous flavorful portions. That is why this is three stars, the Lincoln Road location was not what we were used to with cheesecake factory. I ordered my usual, the orange chicken, with brown rice, the rice, vegetables, and even the chicken were tasty. However, the chicken was a little uninspired. I say this because I like my dishes with plenty of sauce. However, this one had very little sauce; it was almost dry. My friend had to send back her side dishes of broccoli and mashed potato. The broccoli was hard, almost cold. The mashed potato was at close to room temperature. To their credit they did let her keep her honey chicken and brought replacement sides. I was originally going to keep this four stars and chalk it up to an off day. However, the cleanliness or lack thereof in the bathroom forces me to write this down to three stars. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. My partner and I came in to celebrate my birthday and were seated promptly, but after that we were completely ignored. We waited for an extended period without anyone acknowledging our table or even introducing themselves. Eventually, I had to ask another employee if she could find someone to help us. A server finally appeared and told us he would be with us shortly, but we continued waiting. When he eventually took our drink order, he did so with a noticeable attitude, as if we were inconveniencing him. To make matters worse, more than 10 minutes passed and our drinks still hadn't arrived. At that point, we decided to leave. Restaurants get busy, and most customers understand that. What is difficult to understand is being ignored, receiving poor service when asking for help, and then waiting even longer for something as simple as drinks. This Cheesecake Factory is hit or miss for me. The wait time is usually very long between appetizers and mains. This is something that has happened twice here for us and I just end up boxing the food because I'm no longer hungry. Food is constantly good and they have their main staples that you can count on that are good but the service slacks. I mean they are always incredibly full because of many tourist on Lincoln Road. I think they may need some more kitchen staff. Who knows. Try not to go at super busy times. read more

This Cheesecake Factory located in Lincoln Rd was the perfect spot where there is everything for everyone. We were able to get in quickly hardly a wait. Server was friendly and brought us our drinks right away but there was a wait time for the bread and specially the appetizers. Apparently the fried macaroni cheese balls got cold probably from sitting out for too long. However, the manager was graceful to let us know and ordered another fresh bash for us. Place was quite busy so we patiently waited for our food. Food was good as you can never go wrong with pasta. Cheesecake Factory offers an extensive menu not just pasta but also burgers, salads and of course delicious Cheesecake . So many flavors but my go to is always the Godiva Chocolate rich and smooth. It's the Cheesecake Factory.... Always a hit or miss from location to location. Busy Friday night and the hostess was kind and effectively manage the crowd! After a little wait we were seated and our waitress was great but service was a little slow which was not her fault. The bread did take a while to arrive and our appetizers were a little delayed as they had to refire the fried Mac and Cheese balls. When the entrees arrived, my bang bang chicken and shrimp was more on the cold side as if it been sitting for sometime. Always by go to dish and has great flavor as always but on the cold side. Visited The Cheesecake Factory and overall had a really good experience. It was busy, but we walked in and were seated in about 15 minutes which wasn't bad at all. For my meal, I ordered the Jamaican Black Pepper Shrimp and Chicken. They forgot the chicken, but honestly the dish was still flavorful and really good. It's described as being "very spicy," but it wasn't spicy at all. Still tasty though. We also ordered the Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta from the SkinnyLicious menu and it was delicious. HORRIBLE INEDIBLE AMERICAN OMELETTE! Bagel came over toasted, stale, gross. Omelette was full of caramelized onions. Eggs felt that they just came from a microwave. Avocado (is that so hard)-only 2 tiny slices of it was not hard. It was the most disgustingly omelette here in Miami and I had the same omelette many times before all over the US. Sometimes you just want a proven chain classic so CF fits the bill! Got it twice recently (once for dessert only, other for dinner). Ordered stuffed mushroom caps, mac and cheese, pretzel bites, caesar salad, mandarin/asian salad, blackened salmon with mashed potatoes + roasted corn + side of corn + side of broccoli + brownies + carrot cake + chocolate cake + Very Cherry chocolate cheesecake. Everything was perfect except for the mac and the chocolate cake. Mac is just horrible, not cheesy at all. Cake tasted super fake. But I am OBSESSED with their stuffed mushroom caps and carrot cake. That lack of acknowledgment told us everything we needed to know, and we felt we made the right decision by leaving. I've had problems with this manager. He started refusing to deliver to me on some imagined idea that I returned orders or complained often. Until today, I didnt complain. Food was good enough and mostly the orders were correct. Today I ordered an omlette with asparagus, cheddar, bacon. I got spinach. If there was anytging else I.n that omlette, couldn't prove it by me. This manager denied it. He actually insisted my omlette was "stuffed with asparagus." Then I called the delivery service and sent them photos. Hey manager! No asparagus! No cheddar Also the breakfast potatoes had tons of salt and didnt look like anyone bothered to toast the English muffin. But thats just minor. I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here! They have done an excellent job with the beautiful space formerly occupied by Sushi Samba. We had a reservation here for 7:45 on Halloween night. There was a small snafu with the reservation - we checked in at 7:30 at the hostess stand and they said they would text us when the table was ready. By 8:15, no text, so we went back and found out they gave our table away since we weren't there at 7:45. When we explained what happened, the manager got us a new table, no problem. I love that they have a "skinny" menu. I wasn't initially going to order off it, until I saw the calorie counts on the regular menu! I had a spicy shrimp pasta dish for 590 calories that was excellent! Super satisfying and nicely spicy! I paired it with the house pinot noir, which was a tad sweet. We usually sit at the bar for better & faster service. We order our cocktails there, and our food. This Sunday May 3rd we had to wait 4o min approximately to get some bread. We always spend money & the service at the Bar with our bartender has been great. She is Great, and apologized several times for the delay. Finally we got our food & no bread, which came later. This is the WORST Cheesecake Factory ever, and I know because I literally work across the street from it, when was even invited to the friends and family opening years ago... the management is a joke because no matter how many times we've complained about things nothing ever gets better. Try ordering the Thai chicken lettuce wraps and see what you get. A single piece of chicken the size of your pinky finger, hanging out of a single floppy piece of butter lettuce. And the cheesecake is often barely cold with old fruits like 3 little totally black banana slices (check my photo). Disgusting! Top it off with the fact that requests are often missing from the pick-up order and the online ordering site is full of glitches (such as Favorite Orders and Reorders do not work at all and never have even after writing them for two years about it. We have eaten here a few times since their opening and while it's a much smaller location than normal, they do a wonderful job and the interior is light and bright. We waited about 10 mins for a table on a Saturday afternoon and it was raining out, so we opted to sit inside. The service was fast and friendly. The freshly brew tropical tea was great and refills were quick. I selected the Asian Chicken Lettuce Tacos and they were good, but the butter lettuce was small. Could of used a few more leaves to make it easy to grab with the hands. The two sauces are always perfect for the added flavor. We had big dinner plans, so we chose not to grab a piece of cheesecake but it was tempting. Looking forward to our return to enjoy the patio area and a piece of cheesecake.
