Louise, asked about previous experiences and behavior as she should whilst proclaiming repeatedly of 40+ years of service...fine. Appointment day, Louise didn't say hello or introduce herself but instead insulted our pet in front of my child? Maintaining some composure, Louise continued to question and condescend and laughing at our expense? Should of terminated this meeting but proceeded anyway. Upon leaving, asked a fellow employee about Louise's reputation...stated ok, left. Called almost three hours in to check on a pet that can be traumatized to the process if exposed too long like any owners should. Louise was insulted and questioned why she was being checked on as well as another round of berating on the phone. Louise, obviously flabbergasted that anyone would question her stated " we have a lot to talk about," "you know what, instead come get your pet I don't want to service this animal." Also stated " the more you mommie your pet at home the harder it is for me..." along with "it's just a dog..." and finally my favorite" if I had it my way I would kick your pet to the curb!!" Now infuriated, immediately went to pickup pet and review the "we have a lot to talk about scenario" Result... Louise pretending to talk on phone, threw leash at us on floor and closed office door. No review of any issues, no rebuttal of her tough bs talk on the phone, just a coward hiding. This individual is not a professional and should not have interaction with people much less animals!!! I would never recommend this incompetent to anyone anywhere!!!! If this one review saves one family and another pet exposure to this scum...it has done its job!!!!!

It was our first time leaving them here, and though our babies were nervous, we felt completely at ease. The groomer explained they would need to be stripped down but promised to save as much hair as possible--no problem! When we picked them up, we were beyond happy. They looked adorable and still had more hair than I expected! One of our pups has sensitive skin and often gets razor burn, but after checking at home-- not a single scratch. We are thrilled with the care and service and will definitely be booking again!

When she left there to go to PawPrintz, I followed her. I went from a 10 minute round trip drive to a 40 minute round trip drive. She was worth it! I wouldn't trust my babies with anyone else!

My Miko has anxiety and he was nervous for his first grooming session, but Cassondra made sure to take time with him and try to curb his anxiety. Things I love about her service? Everything! The service is top of the line, with a mobile service van that comes directly to your house and your pet is groomed inside. She even takes the time to send you updates and pictures throughout the grooming experience so you can see the progress and find out if anything worrying (like Miko's anxiety) is going on. Cassondra pays extra attention to the pets and knows when they have reached their limit which happened when it was time for Miko's nails to be trimmed and his ears to be cleaned. We definitely will need to work on desensitizing him to those things, but overall I am impressed with Cassondra's service and her patience with my little guy. Miko came out smelling like a new dog with super soft fur! I didn't even know his fur could be that soft! We will definitely be booking again to help Miko progress and make grooming a fun relaxing experience. Oh and did I mention? Cassondra also grooms cats! She also will have a "grooming" party if there are multiple pets on the same street (or if you just want your friends to hang out while all the pets get groomed) ! However keep in mind there will be a limit as to how many pets she will be able to groom in a day, based on size and how well they are while being groomed. Definitely spoil your pets and try ClubPawsh, it is worth it for your pet to have a great spa day, while getting clean and making friends with their new groomer!

My dog had previously been attending a dog daycare with a ton of other dogs that were shortstaffed - he was overwhelmed. Tazito's was a smaller one on one experience with a home setting. Perks of daycare AND being at "home" Ruth is so sweet and really cares - if she's not available there's always someone there. She also sends photos throughout the day! Amazing hours for folks who work not the usual 9-5 or do but have things after work... most daycares close by 6 which can be hard!! Since going I've met other people in the community who use her too, which is great and reassuring. I've even recommended her to some people to check out! So if you're thinking about it - just give her a try and you won't be disappointed!

I was very excited to find what I thought would be a great day care for my 7 month old puppy. I…read moreattended the meet and greet, filled out the application and made my deposit with my reservations. On my puppy's first morning there she was very hesitant to go with the male co-owner so I asked if he could please text me once she warms up. I'm at work concerned about my puppy so I call and text with absolutely no contact back from the owners. I pick up my puppy early due to their non communication only to find out that my puppy was not fed her breakfast or lunch and that this didn't warrant a phone or text either. I had high hopes for this doggy day care because they stated they prided themselves on the personal attention given to each dog. I felt none of this personalized attention as I only got any information when I picked my puppy up after 9 hours there . That didn't feel very personalized to me. No matter what response and excuses the business owner posts I will continue to feel that the upmost personalized care was not given to my puppy. The slightly urine smelling blanket was an oversight on my end but all the other disasters that day rest solely on Tazito's.
