I got multiple fillings from him two years ago on the left side of my mouth and they are STILL sensitive. I learned my lesson early, switched to another dentist to do fillings on the right side and what do you know, the other dentist's work is just fine. Not only are my fillings by Dr. T terrible, he also took unusual breaks during the procedure, leaving me to sit there waiting with chunks of multiple teeth drilled out. I went to the bathroom during his break once and saw my teeth without the fillings -- horrifying. No one should ever have to see their own mouth like that. And lastly, I requested that my records and x-rays be sent from his office to my current dentist THREE times over the course of a week, once during my first appointment with my new dentist because they still hadn't sent them after asking twice. As a result, I had to get all new x-rays that my insurance wouldn't cover. That's money lost because of his negligent staff. So in case I haven't warned you enough, please please do not go to this place. You can find much better. I know I did.

He and his staff were gentle and patient, which is so key to any dental experience- especially when you are in pain! I needed an extraction and he referred me immediately to a surgeon who saw me right away. The tooth is out! And the best news is that Dr. Quigley is setting up a treatment plan for my ongoing dental issues - not just telling me to come back in six months. My insurance company would not cover the filling replacements on the same teeth within less than a calendar year. My second opinion dentist had stated that I should return to Dr. Kohn to have the fillings replaced. I shouldn't have to pay to have them replaced by a different dentist. I said no thank you. My daughter was squashing grapes, walking trails and just doing a bunch of jumping in the game. Of course I went over and tried; really cool, great way to pass the time when you're waiting. While in the chair they asked her what she wanted to watch. She said Bluey and Bluey it was. They gave her a pair of cute sunglasses for the bright light and she even picked her toothpaste flavor. Everything went so smooth. The prize wall was the best part of course. She chose bubbles. I Highly recommend this office for your children. They also have a no cavities wall. My daughter was excited to see her name up there. The staff is polite, they do a reminder call as well as text so you don't miss your appointment. AND THEN I was told I was required to complete an identical medical survey for a private company to access medical records that sold products for sleep apnea. I was told patients could leave the office without completing it by the front desk- totally unethical- there should have a been a disclosure form available around transparency and consent. As a medical provider, I was disgusted by their ruse and will not be returning. The overall care is adequate, but administrative practices are suspect.

Even routine cleanings have been incredibly painful--unlike anything I've experienced at any other dental office. I genuinely tried to give this place a fair chance, but the constant scheduling mistakes, lack of communication, unprofessional attitude, and overall disorganization make it really hard to justify staying. It's been a consistently bad experience from start to finish.
